This is a wonderfully helpful facility. Dr. Chern is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor that tries to get an entire picture of what’s going on with the patient and how he can best support in a very holistic way. He never mind spending extra time with myself or a family member that also goes. The nursing staff is also amazing and kind and it’s probably the only facility where the gals at the front call you back within an hour if reaching out. Very grateful for this team!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience when I tried to seek help with hormone issues at the hormone restoration center. Last year I was referred to the hormone restoration Center and I made an appointment and had my labs drawn. Unfortunately right after I had the labs drawn by this office I started having other medical complications and had to make an appointment at a dermatologist office. I called the hormone Center and requested a copy of my labs and they (the front office staff) refused to give me a copy of my labs because I had not had an appointment with the doctor yet. I called and requested twice to receive the labs. In addition, the dermatology nurse sent messages to requesting a copy of the labs. The hormone restoration Center opted not to respond to the dermatologist request Or my own request. The hormone Center would not forward those labs to me or to the dermatology office, so I had to have the out-of-pocket expense to go and repeat the exact same labs for the dermatologist office. After having this negative experience I requested to speak to the office manager still hoping to return as a patient once I had dealt with my Dermatological issue.... The hormone replacement Center's office manager never returned any of my calls regarding the issue. I opted not to return back to the hormone restoration center because at the minimum this office showed poor customer service by not returning my calls to discuss the issue. If I can't even receive a call from the office manager regarding a snafu then I don't need to give this office more of my money or time. I sought out another Physician's office to treat my hormonal issues and have experienced nothing but great customer service.

I discovered for the first time after seeing Dr. Churn that I had a terrible thyroid issue. It caused me to experience low energy; irritability; and most systems caused by hormone deficiency. I am now experiencing my second pellet procedure and I can actually say I have a new lease on life! Dr. Churn and his staff have been the most helpful and personable group I have every encountered. My life has changed in ways I couldn't of imagined. I encourage anyone that may be wondering why they are getting tired/irritable to visit with Dr. Chrun. I feel great! Everything is so much better I just want everyone to know how important this therapy can be for them.

Been there ones, will never do this mistake again. They will give you all kinds of pills. My testosterone showed normal and they still tried to prescribe me testosterone. And the worst thing is that this was not the reason why I was there. The only thing that was really needed was vitamin D, but they gave me 3 different type of pills that I didn't even needed. They are just trying to upsell. I was there just for a check up, hopping that they could help. And I rated the right business. The employees were nice.
