I was amazed that I could get an appointment next day. Nowadays that is unheard of for specialists. The gentleman that took my call was amazing. True professional with great customer service skills. When I arrived the staff was courteous and patient with me - struggled to get my digital insurance card info. The provider was personable and attentive to my issues with quick resolution to get me through the holidays. Highly recommend

So this is just an opinion but if a provider does not know how to properly diagnose a problem (disease etc)then don't waste my time or money. To wait an hour and tell me to take vitamins or 90 dollar supplements is ridiculous. No tests no blood work no HPI?Then be transparent and state that when making appt with PAs. This make believe healthcare system is trash . I can do the same job but better!

It is completely unacceptable that appointment times are not respected. It’s understandable to wait 20 or even 30 minutes, but having to wait two hours for an appointment is disrespectful and unprofessional. Not even the first appointment of the morning is seen on time. If it’s the first appointment of the day, why are there delays? To make matters worse, the doctor came out saying that this is “normal” and that she usually waits four hours for her own doctors, so we should expect the same here. First of all, that comment is incredibly disrespectful. I have never had to wait that long for any of my doctors anywhere else, so I’m not sure what she’s referring to. Second, we are in a country where time is valuable, I am taking time off work and traveling an hour and a half to get to this appointment, only to be met with this level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patients.

It was fast to get an appointment. Great dr Romina. My only complain is impossible to get in contact with the assistant in order to obtain the results of a biopsia. They only respond at the end of the day. At that time I am working and can't take phone calls. I think it is easy to answer a call during regular business hours. Trying to get in contact for two days, several calls.

Nice Doctor. NOT worth the wait. If my appt is at 10am why do I have to wait an hour every time I go. My time is just as valuable. It strikes me as disrespectful to allow this to happen over and over. Fix your scheduling issue already. I will not be returning. Save your apologies. I read all about it below. I dont need hear any lies. If you cared you'd fix it.

The person who attended me was nice, but the visit felt a bit rushed because there were many patients waiting. I couldn’t see Dr. Falabella because the next available appointment with her was in January.
