After reading reviews I was worried about how long my appointment would take but I had a great experience. First off the ladies in this office are wonderful, caring, friendly and took their time to listen to all my concerns and double check anything I was worried about. From the time I walked into the office and until the time I walked out was less than one hour that includes a full body check and biopsies. I’m very impressed and will keep coming back.

I love the Office and the staff the reason I leave 3 stars is because whoever is on the phone is always in a hurry, can't hear or never listens to what you say. If you call to leave messages or cancel appointments, never gets done. I can't say the person is rude becase she's not, but if you are not willing to listen and help customers why work answering phones?. Other than that the doctors are great and the office is really pretty and clean.

Walked in. Front desk lady acted like she had no idea why I was there. Acted like she checked me in. Waited till 20 minutes after my appointment time. No one came to get me. When back to desk lady and she asked me “are you checking in?”. I said I’ve been waiting and you already checked me in. She blamed the wait on the “back”. She asked for my info again and I could tell she actually checked me in this time. Sure enough I get called right back. PA was no help and gave me little information on my issues. Will not be coming back

If I could give this place 10 stars I would.this definitely the best place to go.. The entire staff is great all the way from the front desk to the back. Josh is truly great at what he does hands down the best along with the entire staff. Thank you for all you have done. This location rock's.

Been coming to this dermatologist for over 4 years and we love this office. Dr. Sy is nice to my kids and has always been attentive. He’s thorough and even recommends more economical treatments as an option when necessary because he doesn’t just push certain brands or rx.

Just bad! I waited one hour to then be told Dr Perez was not on site. Then saw someone else who couldn’t identify the mole I showed him and wanted to just cut it out. I refused to have this done. Then I got sent a huge bill for the office visit and removal procedure done by Dr Perez who wasn’t even there and it wasn’t even done. Tried to call and left messages but never got a call back, no email address anywhere to contact them that way. Just poor service and standards. I will not be paying their incorrect invoice or ever returning.

So at first when I went to this office it was a pleasant enough experience but the appointments leading up after that weren’t really needed because they never did anything. Every visit I have had at this office I was overcharged every single time and it was only because I brought it up they would give me credit. The last visit I had I made due to being in a lot of pain and I paid the same as always just for them to tell me to keep doing what I am already doing which I could have done on my own without paying money for that advice. And that last visit was also overcharged and since I decided I will no longer be going back it is a lot more difficult trying to get a refund from them. I want to add the PA I was seeing left and so that last visit it was a completely different person and after waiting for what seemed like forever said keep doing what you’re doing and come back in 3 weeks like she couldn’t get out of there fast enough. They make you pay up front but the estimate is never accurate and if you don’t tell them on your next visit they will continue to overcharge you.

Currently sitting for the last hour in a room while the doctor battled “traffic”. Appt 9:15. Dr allegedly wasn’t even in the office yet by 9:40. Now 10:20 and still no dr. Last month I had an appt but scheduler never mentioned it was at a different location that I never knew existed. So here I am after waiting almost a month to be able to be seen again and no one even cares about the time wasted. If I was an hour late would it be ok? No. Would I have to pay a fee? Yes. Why am I paying a copay and no one is being held accountable. Here is my view for the last 65 minutes. When I leave I’ll be making my annual follow up at a new dermatologist. Save yourself the trouble do that instead.

I had came here 30 minutes early for my appointment and still ended up waiting about two hours just for a provider to come and see me, And waited 30 minutes just for her to come in the room and try to Prescribe my 12 year-old daughter pills. My daughter has sweaty hands and they were trying to prescribe her pills for it acting like there wasn’t any other option other than that. I am very dissatisfied and will not be coming back. Don’t know how this place has a four star review. They probably write their own reviews.
