Dr. Marder received $ 2.41 million from Medicare, our tax dollars, in 2012 for a radiation procedure for which only tow other doctors billed the program. And doctors complain that electronic health records are an imposition on them. Electronic Health Records will be able to audit such disproportionate billing and save taxpayers billions.

I arrived as a new patient to have a wart/growth removed from my lower leg. As Dr. Marder looked at the growth he notice melanoma near the same area. He stopped then told my I had to pay 600.00 plus to have the two items removed and biopsy. Of course I paid the fee (unhappy about the amount) and he removed them. He then filed with my Insurance which eob states maximum charge to patient is 400.00 plus. Difference of roughly 200.00 dollars. After repeated attempts to get my 200.00 returned they still have not returned my money..It has been over 3 months now. THIS GUY IS A THIEF. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE EVER!!!!! not to mention he did not get all of the growth he was suppose to remove. so it grew back and I am out 600.00 plus dollars for absolutely NOTHING. I went elsewhere to have my melanoma taken care of. I am going to talk to channel 12 News about this..
