I’ve been coming to this company for laser hair removal since 2016, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. From day one, they made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. The results have been amazing and consistent over the years. The equipment is always up to date, and the environment is clean and relaxing. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and genuine care for their clients. 2 out of 2 appointments have been changed of mine. The first I've was about 12 hours before my initial appointment telling me that the DR didn't want to come in that so they needed to move my appointment to the following day. Funny thing is when I went when they wanted to move me to I never even saw a Dr!!! So then I decided I'd give them another chance and my IV went okay so I moved one for the following week and again now I was called and told that they need to move my appointment bc of a death in the family. I know things happen but they are doing nothing to help me. People make schedules take time off of work and create their plans and they have no reserve for this. I told them I wanted to be refunded for my pre paid service and have a manager contact me but now they are just ignoring me. Don't waste your time here bc they do not care.

I had such a wonderful experience during my visit here! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Amy, the manager, was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She took the time to thoroughly explain all the services and fees, and walked me through everything in a way that made me feel completely comfortable. What I appreciated most was how she really listened to my concerns and offered personalized guidance tailored to my needs. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping clients look and feel their best. Highly recommend!

For anyone that stumbles upon the reviews considering whether or not to choose this company to do your laser or any other aesthetic appointment, stop hesitating and make your appointment. Seriously. This location has new people running the show and they are the SWEETEST AND KINDEST people I have ever met in an establishment and if they ever move to a different city, I will follow them over there 😂. Devon is the nurse practitioner and also runs everything. She is VERY great at her job, very thorough, and goes above and beyond to give the best service. Noel is the person I always meet at the front desk when I come to my appointments. NOEL??? Noel is a ray of sunshine and she WILL become your best friend if you take the time to talk to her beyond just her being a front desk person. She is also an expert at facials! I’m always so happy when I see Noel and Devon. You will not feel this type of experience and love at any other place. Any negative reviews you read through, written with this new management in place(THEY VERY FEW AT THAT), must be living in a different dimension . Because it does not correctly represent reality at this establishment. I do not know what they are talking about and the countless of people telling you about how wonderful this establishment is don’t either. Arrive to your appointment ON TIME. If you need to reschedule make sure to do it no later than 24-hours before. Simple rules. Respect the establishment and these kind loving people by doing that. But seriously book your appointment now. you are not going to find any where else that even compares with this health and medspa.

And the best part? My skin was so refreshed and decongested that I didn’t even need extractions! Beyond the amazing facial, I just have to say how incredibly happy and proud I am of Noelle.
