Policies that paint an entire gender as threatening are problematic, even when they come from a place of trying to protect vulnerable patients. There are better ways to ensure safety without making every man feel like a criminal. This clinic has super stric rules againt man who just wants to be with their wife giving support.

In my past medical experience here, there was a time after my C-section when I noticed puffiness, redness, and swelling in a specific area next to the incision. I pointed it out to the GYN specialist and expressed my concern. She pressed on it and said it didn’t seem like anything serious, then sent me for a CT scan to check for a possible hernia, which I never ended up getting because of the ruptured seroma that lingered there for two years. Yup, the area I pointed to ended up being a seroma that burst 3 days later, likely triggered by the pressure she applied. When I returned to the doctor, she told me I should have told her it was a seroma and that all she needed to do was drain it. It’s experiences like this that frustrate me the most; the lack of clear communication and the unrealistic expectation that I, the patient, should somehow know what’s going on in my body better than the professional. Choose wisely!!! This was probably one of the most insulting and embarrassing situations I've ever dealt with because upon return after the ruptured seroma I was seen by another doctor in this office who told me, "I should just get a tummy tuck because everything will just go away." Insulting and very disgusting for someone who's gonna diagnose a medical procedure needed, but not referral it!!! ****Dr Isalis Sanchez-Pena, MD was the person who did my c-section which is going on three years now and still having issues!! **** Eric Edelenbos, DO was the insulting doctor, who told me I should get a tummy tuck.

Krisselle is great! Very knowledgeable about all the the services offered at the center I appreciate she is straight forward and that she explains clearly and realistically expectations base on your age and individual personal facts. She always had given me her best advice on what might work best for me and I had not felt pressured at all. I’m seen great results with the services she recommended me. Her attitude it always been respectful and caring. The staff in general are all very nice and friendly and they make you feel right at home… honorable mention to Cristina her assistant.

The spa and associated services available in several different areas are my go to for fillers and a host of other health and beauty options. Special shout of to Kriselle, a pro like no other and Yomi. I feel like I am part of the family and I trust them with my health and age defying procedures. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends and family.

Let’s talk about this. The employees are great. Very nice BUT they are OVERCHARGING for semiglutide. More that double everywhere else. I compared to 4 other places and it’s astounding how much they are charging. Almost criminal. $700 a month vs $250 or $300 at other reputable med spas. I’m so disappointed because obviously they’re taking advantage of people who are trying to better their health. DO NOT GO HERE FOR WEIGHT LOSS. I’m just being honest.
