Amazing care and the staff were wonderful and helpful. I’m very happy with the service and the results I got! I’ve got lip fillers, couldn’t be happier lips look so natural that people see something has changed in my face but they couldn’t figure what!!! Very clean clinic, staff are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to look like a Disney princess ⭐️👸

Once you start getting laser hair removal, its hard to stop. If you've got the right hair type, it works super well! I've gotten just about my entire body done at this point and never looked back or regretted it once. Maybe my only regret would be that I didn't so it sooner, but it's pricey and I chose to save up rather than do a payment plan, and waited for their really good deals (sometimes they do BOGO). My most recent appt with Karyn was fantastic, since I get so many areas done my treatments can take a while to complete, and she was wonderful to chat with! Can't wait to see her again in a couple months, my treatments are almost complete!

Very disappointed in this office. I was originally a client at Dr. Philips. I called to make an appointment for Saturday because it was my day off and there weren't any available units. The person offered me another location and I accepted. I asked if the units I had left would be at that office and they said yes. Today was my appointment. I arrived at my scheduled time. The girl (Amanda I think) from this office quickly told me it was for new service, to which I told her I still had units available and she told me that they expired on Aug. 31. Which surprised me because they didn't notify me at the other office. She said she was calling or sending emails and no one answered. I tried to call and after several attempts they answered. And they told me the same thing, that it expired. I told her why didn't they notify me and they gave me the appointment anyway. I was on the call for quite a while trying to resolve and find a solution. At all times (Amanda was listening to me or looking at me because I was right in front of her) I was angry but I still looked for a solution because it was my birthday. I agreed to pay for a few more units hoping to get my service. At the end of my call, Amanda told me that my appointment had already passed and there was no room for me. I told her, but I was sorting out my situation and paid for the units. She says tried to find me spaces elsewhere but there weren't any. I can't during the week because of work and I'm also traveling. I was very sad and disappointed that they couldn't make me an exception for a simple 20 units of Botox when I'm an established client and they didn't even notify her that her remaining units that she was still paying for had expired. I'm not one to post these reviews but I was really hurt by the lack of empathy towards my situation when I knew there was a solution. I advise you to be more pro-client and not lose them.

What a nice experience at this location. The staff is super professional and really made me feel comfortable at all times, especially as a first timer doing the procedure. Winnie performed the Ultherapy and I could not say nicer things about how she handled the procedure and how comfortable she made me feel. I will be requesting her to perform it next time for me as well.

Had my first visit for Botox at the Ideal Image, Waterford Lakes this week. I saw Jodi and Mary and I had the best experience ever! Both were very knowledgeable of the placement of of product and what would get me the best results I was looking for. They went over my skincare routine and gave recommendations however were not pushy by any means; that’s a hard trait to come by anymore. Will for sure be coming back again!
