I do not recommend this place to anyone I scheduled an appointment for my daughter at the Davenport office because they don’t see children under the age of 14 at their other offices on the day of the appointment I checked in Melissa the receptionist was very nice I waited a few minutes and here comes the medical assistant Brenda, she said come in twice but we did not understand was she was saying we understood Carmen I said I apologize I could not understand what you were saying she gave me this horrible look did not even say hello we go into the room we gave her all the details about my daughters problem the nurse practitioner comes prescribed a prescription for my daughter the assistant asked me what pharmacy i use I told her the one I added to her information she asked me to give her the address I told her it should be in her file I added it when I completed her intake she told me they can’t send electronic prescriptions to that pharmacy I asked for a hard copy because I live far and would not be able to come back if a different pharmacy won’t take my daughters insurance and I was told they don’t give hard copies at their office, Brenda asked me in a sarcastic way if I did not know who takes my daughters insurance I left the office very upset due to their horrible customer service, today I received a certified letter letting me know that they would not see my child any longer, instead of teaching their employees how to treat their patients in a professional manner they opted to kicking my daughter out of their practice, I am a paralegal and I have to deal with a lot of people that are not always happy with what you tell them but my job is to make my clients feel comfortable and happy with our service. Brenda if you don’t like what you do and don’t have any customer service skills you should not be working with the public. To the practice invest on some customer service courses on your employees because not everything is about money people go there because they have a need and are paying for a service treatment with respect.

I made an appointment 3 months ago. I just received a call telling me to 2 days prior to my appointment that my doctor no longer works there, and the new doctor already has a another Person scheduled on my appointment time. They requested me to rescheduled for another day. I work and I schedule appointments for a reason. I can't just take any time off because the office forgot to inform me in a timely manner. It is not the customers fault there is not enough doctors to fulfill the already scheduled appointments. The office management should have contacted all the customers and let them know as soon as that doctor left. This is poor management and horrible customer service. This office should have at least had another doctor in the office to fulfill the appointments that were already scheduled/inplace. I have been going to this office for over a year now and this is how I am treated. I do not recommend anyone to go to this office.

The worst service in the world! The secretary at Hunter Creek takes very poor care of patients. Doctors do not attend to your medical needs when you need a refill and they never know what medical condition you have. I don't recommend them at all!

Had quite a bit of issues with dr ovalles previous nurse Emily, she assured me my surgery would be covered by insurance and my insurance company was telling me other wise then had some scheduling issues. Left a message last week with Ovalles new nurse and was told I would get a call two days go by and nothing, so I call to leave a message again and am told I would receive a call by the end of the day.. once again nothing so third time leaving a message today.. trying to schedule a surgery. Need to get a better phone operating system or something I really like Dr. Ovalle but have had nothing but issues trying to get everything settled. :(

I love, love, love the Doctors especially Gutierrez and OValle My complaint is with the person who handles scheduling for Dr OVALLE....trying to get her to follow through on scheduling appointments is a full time job I had arm surgery and my mom needs surgery on her arm and back. This is more than a year apart. Same person handling his appointments and same problems. I highly recommend Dr. OValle but beware....the lady who handles his appointments travels between offices and is horrible about calling patients back regarding initial appointments, surgery appointments, needed paperwork, or follow-up. Be prepared to do a lot of calling!

Two trips $100...Medication and a procedure...Still an incorrect diagnosis and yet extra payment of $94 bucks couldnt just removed. Perhaps it's my fault for agreeing to see nurse practitioner. I will never return and have reported my experience to Cigna and insurance commissioner. The positives are that the wait time was minimal and staff very nice.

I never been in such a place with so many people unhappy from the nurse practitioner to her assistant. I believe if you are not happy doing what you do look for something that will fulfill your life. Don’t go miserable to work. Their guest care is awfull and there was no genuine at all. Don’t waist your money going there. Look for a place that they really want you as costumer.

I’ve gone to Dr Gutierrez since the 1980’s. Very good care and knowledgeable staff. Prompt and efficient office. They have been my go-to provider for any dermatology issues. He has many offices to serve the clients needs.

This place is terrible. NEVER go there. I was waiting for three months for my appointment and when I finally got there, front desk told me my appointment was changed and nobody contacted me to let me know about this change. Very disrespectful staff, nobody seems to care about the patients.
