Trying to make an appointment at this place, the receptionist asked me for a referral. Finally, my primary clinic sent my referral, and the receptionist, with an attitude, said, "To be able to make your appointment, it's going to take 2-3 days to process because they have over 30 clinics," and blah blah blah. She didn't need to remind me that they have over 30 clinics, and what that has to do with my appointment. I've never had a clinic act so condescending over a referral and appointment. I told her never mind, and I made another appointment with a different doctor, who didn't make me jump through hoops to be able to see a dermatologist. No wonder this facility has less than 2-star reviews. Thank God I didn't waste my time. (09/13/2024) Update: After I called a different dermatologist, made an appointment with another doctor, saw a different doctor, and already received prescribed medication, this clinic called me today to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment. Seriously? After four days? No, thank you. You lost a long-term patient due to a condescending receptionist. What we learn is that being kind to others doesn’t cost a thing, and that’s how you build relationships with potential patients. Don’t waste your time with this clinic; there are other great doctors in the Orlando, Florida area ready to take care of you without the unnecessary hoops to jump through to get a simple appointment.
