Arrived early , was checked in immediately and treated with "kid" gloves thru the entire process. My anxiousness evaporated immediately and the surgery was as easy as cleaning my teeth. Eliza and Dr Savage were as good as health care ever gets and better than one could possibly expect and receive . If I ever have to have a similar medical treatment I will schedule Dr Savage

I saw Sarah for my appointments and she was always professional, knowledgeable, and right on time—no waiting around. She clearly knew her stuff and made the actual visit smooth. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The call center and front desk communication is a mess—multiple missed calls, conflicting information about services and appointments, and zero follow-through. The customer service reps I have spoke with were usually curt, dismissive, and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking basic questions. It felt like they didn’t care whether I showed up or not.

Dr Savage and all the staff and assistants are great, professionally and personally! Only problem was this time a longer than normal wait once I was in the exam room. Hope they haven’t started overbooking as so many doctors do!!!

This place is a zoo. first appt for my husband who wanted a male doctor for complete skin cancer checkup. At least 15 people in the waiting room. He saw the doctor for about a minute. The doctor looks nothing like his picture; not very professional looking. My husband was told 2-3 weeks for pathology report. We are still waiting about 6 weeks later. Would not go back.

Had me to come way over to them knowing they just wanted to bill my insurance. We spoke over the phone so they knew exactly what I was coming in for just for my appointment date to inform me they don’t handle that but another doctor they work with does. The receptionist was going to book me an appointment but I was unsure of when to see that doctor since I have to take time off work. I then asked for doctors name spelling so I can book later and the receptionist replied i don’t know but it’s the only doctor we have named that. I will fill a complaint thru BBB and my insurance. Fraudulent claim scam.
