Wonderful experience. Michelle always makes me feel comfortable; she is professional, friendly, and informative. I was referred by another place that only did laser hair removal. They couldn’t help me because I plucked for years and waited until my facial hairs were almost all white before I tried a permanent fix. Laser doesn’t work on hairs with no pigment. I went for treatments, roughly every other week for less than a year. She cleaned up my eyebrows, my chin, and my upper and lower lip areas. So I was scheduled for an 11:15am “free consultation”. I walked in at 11:13 and there was no one at the receptionist area. I read the sign that said “please take a seat and someone will be with you shortly” meanwhile I could hear conversation taking place in the clinic. After waiting for over ten minutes and even calling the office while hearing someone near the receptionist area but not opening the window and having the call go to voice mail, the window opened with someone stating “sorry we had someone out sick today.” And I am certain that only happened because I spoke loudly into my phone near the window so they could hear me. At that point a few minutes later I was about to be ushered in but I explained the damage had already been done. And the experience soured beyond repair. The individual explained again how they were short staffed because someone was sick. I told them I was leaving and could hear the sarcasm and condescending attitude that came with the apology they tried to offer. To the owner if you are reading this: Maybe train your staff to at least go greet people when they come in and explain to them that there will be a wait. It would take a minute or two and then they could go back to their other tasks. But to just leave potential clients waiting not knowing anything is unprofessional and doesn’t put confidence in them wanting to use your services.

Just left because no one was at the office. Was super excited about my appointment. I walked in no one greeted me. Which is fine I'll wait I was early anyways. Waited over 10 minutes past my appointment. I knocked on the doors no one would come, I called the office no one would answer. This was my first appointment. Which they confirmed with me many times. I have never been somewhere so weird in my life. Why would you give someone an appointment time if you're not going to honor the appointment. Nobody was there the glass is frosted- creepiest feeling ever. Which really sucks because I was looking forward to getting services here. I don't know what's going on at this place but I wouldn't go here!!

Used to love this group several years ago, until they moved to Turkey Lake Road and became snobby! Not only are they snobby they misled me by telling me I had a very specific appointment recently which I noted in my calendar, and after I drove one hour to get there on time and waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes after the noted time, Melissa finally opened the reception window and acted surprised that I had an appointment, claiming that they had nothing noted for me in their entire calendar. Perhaps they just save their bad treatment for foreigners like myself? Regardless of who you are avoid them if you value your time and want people that care about you to care about your skin. I will never go back, no one deserves this kind of treatment, particularly when they are returning clients.
