I’ve seen two other electrologists before, but I’ve never experienced someone as thorough and caring as her. From the moment I walked in, I could tell how much thought she puts into everything she does. She explained each step as she went, which made me feel really comfortable and reassured. Her cleanliness was outstanding. She showed me the sterile needle she was using, put on fresh gloves right in front of me, and even pointed out where she cleans and stores her tools. I didn’t even have to ask…she just took that extra care naturally. It really meant a lot.

I have had a couple treatments now with Miss Diane and she is amazing! I've never thought I could get rid of the hair. She answered all my questions, areas of concerned and made me feel at ease about the process. I can't thank her enough for the encouragement to start the process. Everyone is different but for me... within 1 treatment there was a total change in my skin where my treatment was done. My treatments are practically painless and very short where I'm in and out in about 15-20 mins. And still have the whole day to do whatever I need to. The facilities are very clean, calm, relaxing and they take all precautions necessary for me to feel safe and very comfortable. I recommend this to EVERYONE that has that issue of stubborn hair that you want to get rid of anywhere on your body no matter how small or large of any area.
