This place is a scam. The treatment was good when it was Ideal Image, but now it's gone completely downhill. I paid for a 9-session treatment back in 2023. It's halfway through 2025 and still haven't been able to complete service. Their scheduling pushed me out so far in between laser treatment that it made it of no effect. I've had laser treatment about 10 years ago and know it works. This place doesn't. Staff is not friendly, scheduling service is not helpful, cancels appointments without telling you. I have 2 sessions left and am so frustrated I won't even use them.

I can’t recommend Ideal Image St. Augustine enough! A friend encouraged me to look into their laser services after I complained about the irritation of shaving. If you have thick, dark body hair, this service is LIFE CHANGING! The girls at Ideal Image are great and make sure that you’re comfortable during treatments and explain to you what they’re doing with every step. I have completed my laser appointments for “down there” and I have a few more sessions for my legs and armpits. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Kelsey has been my nurse practitioner for most of my appointments and she’s the best! We have fun conversations that make the appointment fly by. Sessions are generally super quick and fit into my busy schedule well, and the payment plans available are so helpful. All in all, if you’re thinking of getting laser, do it here!

No one ever answers the phone when I call for an appointment. The online scheduler doesn’t work, and it’s hit or miss whether calls are even returned. I have a huge balance there and can’t even use it up. Id rather pay more and go someplace that’s easier to reach.

I have been going to the St. Augustine Ideal Image since 2019 and have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. All of the staff is so helpful and kind, taking their time to explain and go over any questions you may have. Kelsey is one of the nurse practitioners who has treated me while going and she is an absolute joy to see and visit with; she makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of during an appointment. Morgan is another nurse practitioner who has done treatments for me and she was also extremely knowledgeable and helped answer the questions I had! I’m still going back for touch ups from there because the staff is so wonderful and kind, talking to you the whole time so you barely notice the treatments going on! I would highly recommend checking out the St. Augustine Ideal for any hair removal needs! Update: I have recently visited the new Saint Augustine location in Palencia and the staff here is just as wonderful as I remember! Kimmy was my nurse practitioner this time and she was amazing. Friendly and supportive and helped me through the process with no problem at all. Ashlyn at the front was fantastic in helping me schedule my appointment and just a friendly and kind! Such a great company, the new location is beautiful. Still highly recommend!

I want to warn everyone reading this review about Ideal Image. They burned my legs which was extremely painful. Then they decided not to finish my treatment and then refused to refund my money. Do not do business with them. I will be reposting regularly to warn people.
