Dr. Dina Bacon is an amazing healthcare provider, which is why both my husband & I have her as our primary doctor now. We have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to see her for an appointment. She is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable & thorough with her explanations of everything. She takes time with you and answers any/all of your questions without making you feel rushed or as if she has other patients to see. Dr. Dina makes you feel as if you are her ONLY patient. Her compassion is unmeasurable, and she always follows up to check on her patients which is so refreshing! Her office is extremely clean & sanitary, her staff is so kind, positive, and upbeat ... always welcoming and everyone takes a genuine interest in you and your health ... and everyone at Pure DPC Medicine + Aesthetics makes you feel like family. Dr. Dina Bacon is my forever doctor. I have never been to another Western Medicine doctor that provides the level of care, compassion, expertise, and knowledge that she delivers at every opportunity. Her treatment is comprehensive, without judgment, and without time limits. Not only do I love the ability to see her when I need to, but that she has partnered with other service providers to provide a truly affordable level of care at each turn. I know that when I need to see her, all my needs are going to be met, and a solution will be found. For someone who doesn't have insurance, I don't think I've EVER had this level of care at such an affordable rate. Cost can often be prohibitive of care, but not with Dr. Bacon. And I cannot express in words just what her and her practice mean to me and my overall health and wellness.

Dr. Bacon and Dr. Wolf are absolutely incredible. I love everything about their direct primary care practice. But most of all, it feels like what the doctor patient experience was when I was growing up. They get to really know you and your family and invest time and energy. It isn't a revolving door of patients and you are just another number. They have really created something truly special and I'm so grateful to have found them. I called Dr. Bacon at 5:15 on a Friday night when picking my son up from after school care with a possible broken finger and wasn't sure if we needed to go to the ER. She was wrapping up her day but told us to come on over so she could check him out. Luckily no break and she fixed him right up.

The sweetest Dr and woman ever! I have been struggling with migraines for a decade. Often being prescribed one pill after another. My first appointment with Dr Dina Bacon was more thorough than all of the previous years combined. She ordered testing on everything possible and promised we would find the root cause. I went to Dr. Bacon's office for the first time in January 2025 for my microneedling consultation. The Consultation went very well. Both doctors (Dr. Bacon and Dr. Wolf were very welcoming). I was there for my first Morpheus treatment on January 20th. In total I revived 3 sessions of Morpheus. I spent almost $2k ($600 each session if you take the package). When I arrived for my second appointment I was told that they scheduled me and someone else at the same time. They sent me home and asked me to come back in later in the day. On my initiak visit they neglected to check my allergy list (I am allergic to Epinephrine and the numbing cream they use contains Epinephrine. Fortunately I was able to avoid a serious reaction 🙏). They removed my numbing cream with regular hand soap, and didn't apply any extra serum before my microneedling session (I am an Esthetician and know how this should have been done) they wanted me to come back for "before and after" photos after 90 days. For the second time in a row they called me to reschedule my appointment. When I came in for the appointment I was literally done 2 minutes later, In and out. Dr. Bacon took the pictures and she communicated that she would send me an email with the before and after pictures. It's been a month and I haven't received anything from her. When I came in for my follow up she didn't even ask how I felt after the microneedling treatments, If I saw any meangful results, or if I'm interested in any other treatments, nothing. ZERO questions. I spent a fair amount of time and money, I feel I was treated poorly and did not receive good value. I am so disappointed. I work in the beauty industry and know how people should be treated, this was terrible. I would not recommend this place after my experience and the way I was treated.

Dr. Bacon was wonderful to work with. What a breath of fresh air to see a Dr. who listens to EVERYTHING! We had a free consult. We didn’t wait at all, SHE greeted us at the door and took us back immediately. Our appointment was over an hour because she asked ALL the questions and listened to all of our concerns! She didn’t throw medicines at us and we did not have any “surprise” bills at the end! Highly recommend!!
