I drove all the way from Atlanta to Tampa for my appointment because 2 of the Locations shutdown in Georgia. If you guys are closed why did you let me schedule and confirm an appointment? Why does your website and google not mention you are closed? I payed 5,000 dollars for services and I can’t even reach one customer service representative. I arrived at the center 30 minutes before my appointment and waited at the door for 30 minutes, asked the neighboring stores if they knew if they were closed and no one knew. I drove 7 hours for this and Body details charged me an extra $50 for a no show?Ridiculous scam. Please please do not let Body details fool you.
