I-693 - Medical Exam

Includes a physical and consultation and review of labs and vaccinations required for the immigration I693 medical form. You will receive a lab order (if necessary) which you will take to a lab and you will pay the lab fee. You will received a list of vaccinations required which you can take to any pharmacy and you will pay the pharmacy for the vaccinations. Once the requirements are met, your application will be processed and you will receive a full copy of the I693 form for yourself and a sealed copy for immigration. Bring a photo ID and any vaccination records and lab records you already have to the appointment to avoid having to retake any vaccinations or labs.
