I've been going to Badar's on Bruce B. Downs for eyebrow threading for 8+ years now, but I only go when Ina is there. Ina never disappoints - her threading and shaping technique is spot on, and she's such a sweet and caring lady who is quick but never rushes. It's not always busy, but when people arrive at the same time and there's a line, it's always worth the wait because everyone prefers Ina and patiently waits for their turn. That's how good she is. I highly recommend Ina, she's the best!

Horrible horrible experience. I went there for manicure and pedicure and the service was awful. No professionalism, zero courtesy. The highlighting part was, the employee who was giving me the service she literally cut my toe. And let me come to the main point the lady on the reception. Man somebody Teach her some manners. Despite providing horrific service she have this audacity to argue us back. I mean a 10 year old would probably has better manners then her. And even after enduring so much, even after paying the money the results are zero. No transformation from the manicure and pedicure, I got nothing but ill-mannered behaviour. It felt like I just thrown the money away for nothing. This is how they provide service with zero professionalism, zero courtesy, great ill-mannered behaviour. This is there business.

I got a haircut and my eyebrows done, and my daughter also got a haircut at the Wesley Chapel location. The hairstylist, Roya, was very patient, friendly, and professional, and she did an excellent job. I definitely recommend her. The receptionist also provided good service and was very responsive.

My recent manicure and pedicure experience was severely marred by the exceptionally unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of your front desk receptionist. She demonstrated overt arrogance, dismissed our concerns, and made derogatory comments about us in Hindi to a colleague, unaware we understood. This unacceptable conduct reflects poorly on your establishment. I urge management to take immediate action, either through mandatory customer service training or her replacement. Consequently, I cannot recommend your services.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I came in for a simple eyebrow service and left bruised and in pain. The technician was rough and clearly lacked proper technique or training.I would not recommend this place to anyone—your face deserves better care and professionalism.

I don’t usually write reviews but I wasted time and gas after a really hard 12 hour shift the night before a trip. I thought it was just google that was wrong but they have it painted on their door! I drove 40 minutes thinking this place was open till 9!!! I could’ve gotten them done earlier if I had known. This ticked me off so bad I’m never coming here again.
