I can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment you walk in, everything feels professional, clean, and welcoming. The staff takes the time to explain every step, answers all questions, and genuinely cares about your comfort and results. I’ve had several laser hair removal sessions for my underarms and already noticed a huge difference. The results came quicker than I expected, and the process itself was way more comfortable than I imagined. I also had a lip flip done, and I absolutely love how natural and subtle it looks. Exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell the team here really knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. If you’re considering laser or any aesthetic treatments, this is 100% the place to go.

I previously looked forward to my monthly appointments at this location. My experience was consistently excellent while I was treated by Jennifer. She was highly skilled, attentive, and personable. She took the time to understand my face, knew exactly where to laser and where not to, and provided a level of consistency and comfort that made each visit seamless. I never had to repeatedly explain my preferences or areas of concern, as she was already familiar with my treatment plan. I had planned to expand my services to full body; however, during my last appointment with Jennifer, I was informed that she would be leaving. Since her departure, my experience at this location has significantly declined. Each month, the front desk staff changes, and I am assigned a different technician at every visit. As a result, I have noticed hair regrowth in areas that were not previously an issue, as well as growth in new areas—problems that did not occur prior to Jennifer’s departure. The lack of continuity has been frustrating. I now have to re-explain my treatment history and preferences at every appointment, only to be seen by a new technician the following month. While I have been offered promotions or discounts to compensate, consistency and quality of care are far more important—especially when considering full-body treatments. I am not comfortable having a different technician work on my face, let alone my entire body, at each visit. When paying for a professional service, clients should be able to expect continuity, familiarity, and confidence in their provider. Unfortunately, this location now feels more like a rotating clinic rather than a personalized service experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving consistency and overall client care.

I have had a wonderful experience with Semper as I have noticed visible improvement with my treatments. Every person there was always so welcoming and nice! The place is clean and lovely. I found out about them through word of mouth on social media and would recommend them for anyone looking to get hair removal done.

I want to provide an update based on a recent experience that has completely solidified my disappointment with this location. On December 9th, I arrived for my scheduled laser appointment and signed in at the front desk. No one greeted me. The woman at the front desk was engaged in casual conversation with another woman and did not acknowledge me at all. I waited for my technician to come get me. I noticed yet another technician I had never seen before walk out, dismiss a client, and then return to the back. I continued waiting. I was not acknowledged, updated, or informed of any delay. After 20 minutes past my appointment time, I still had not been spoken to by a single staff member. No explanation. No apology. No professionalism. At that point, I chose to leave. The irony is that the moment I left, my phone started blowing up. I requested to speak with a manager and was contacted by Vanessa, who presented herself as apologetic and remorseful. I explained everything that has occurred over the last few months; the constant turnover, lack of attention during treatments, poor communication, and overall decline in care. She even asked if there was another area I wanted treated, which I shared with her. After that conversation, she completely disappeared. I have not heard from her in over two weeks. I was forced to book an appointment at the Westshore location, which thankfully is more competent; but they could not get me in for another month and a half. This means my laser sessions are no longer being done on schedule, which directly impacts results. Between: • Constantly changing, inexperienced staff (I laser my Brazilian…this is not ok) • Poor communication • Being ignored at check-in • Missed appointment management • A manager who does not follow up • And being overcharged significantly when I originally signed up ……And no accountability or resolution regarding that tattoo issue. …I am beyond disappointed. I have been patient. I have been understanding. And this is the treatment I’ve received. Something is seriously wrong with the management and operations at this location, and I would strongly caution anyone considering treatment here. What used to be a reliable clinic has turned into a disorganized, unprofessional experience. ________________________________________ I’ve been coming to Semper since they opened their clinic in westshore. Soon after, I transferred over to the Westchase location. Jennifer was my tech at the Westchase location and I absolutely LOVED her!! Her customer service, her ability to make me feel like I was in the room with a best friend, and the fact that she knew exactly what I needed to get done and did it gracefully, quick, and with attention to detail. I had zero complaints. Unfortunately, there’s been a recent change and the staff seems to be completely new & Jennifer is no longer with the company. I went in for my appointment today (9/12/25) and was met with a new tech. She wasn’t paying much attention and ended up lasering over a tattoo that I have on the side of my neck. She was apologetic and admitted she didn’t see any of the tattoos…. She called the manager in who was absolutely clueless and no help to say the least. I told the manager I was concerned about the laser removing the ink (it’s happened in the past) and she had the nerve to tell me their laser doesn’t Remove tattoo ink… I told her she was wrong, that it’s happened before and showed her the proof on another tattoo of mine. She then repeated that their laser doesn’t remove tattoo ink. Like huh???? A quick google search and the proof I have on my body says otherwise. I’m honestly super disappointed and really wish they’d at least bring Jennifer back. This new staff really left me feeling uncomfortable, upset, and not looking forward to future appointments. I shouldn’t have to explain over and over what I need done, it should be consistent treatment across the board. And techs should be paying more attention. You can see where the laser hit the tattoo in the photo.

From the vibes, to the awesome woman at the desk that greets you with the most beautiful smile is bomb! I enjoy coming out the way to experience amazing service. Thank you for making my experience worth the travel 🧳

First time is this location and I’ll be coming back for all my next treatments. Jennifer was amazing, super caring and make the service quick, smooth and as painless as she could. 100% recommend her.

I’ve been here 3x so far for my underarms. The ladies are all very nice. It’s very quick and super easy. The studio is always nice and clean. They aren’t aggressive and don’t give the pushy sales vibe at all. They inform you of any sales or deals they have going on but never make you feel pressured. It’s really such a pleasant experience.
