Have been going to Bliss for a number of years. It’s always a great experience. Very clean and well-kept waiting and patient treatment rooms at both their Venice and Englewood office branches. Office staff, medical techs, and providers are all super friendly and professional. I feel lucky to be a patient here and I have to go get skin checks every 3 months since I’ve had several skin cancers removed here by Dr. Michelle Penny and she’s a highly skilled Mohs-cerified surgeon. Very disappointed. I had called and sat on hold probably accumulating over an hour at this time to get information. Then was told she needed to get back to me. She got back to me and led me to believe I wouldn’t be charged unless a service was performed which seemed fair as I know most dermatology give free consults. She had mentioned it could range around $100-$300 and I was under the impression that was if a service or prescription was provided. I have now called multiple times and they leave me on hold even when I am first in the queue. I feel blind sided and completely misled.
