I don’t even know where to begin — I feel completely blindsided, taken advantage of, and honestly, sick to my stomach over what happened at Dermapure. It’s tucked inside one of those rental salon suites — you know, where hairdressers rent their own little booths. Once I found the place, it seemed fine. Small. Unassuming. I was sold on Ultherapy for my face and neck — a serious, medical-grade treatment that targets deep tissue using ultrasound. I paid for it. I signed releases that explicitly said Ultherapy. I trusted them. But what I actually got? Something called HiFi face contouring — not even in the same category. No ultrasound. No deep tissue targeting. Just a handheld device, a numbered graphic, and an unbearable level of pain as the technician moved along my face like she was following a paint-by-numbers kit. They don’t even own an Ultherapy machine. Let that sink in. They sold me a treatment they’re literally incapable of performing — and had me sign legal paperwork saying otherwise. That’s not just dishonest, that’s dangerous. That’s fraud. The “clinic” is just a single room, barely bigger than a closet. Sure, you get one-on-one attention — because no one else would physically fit in there. And while the person was polite, I saw no posted license, no credentials, nothing from the health department. Was she even certified? I have no idea. And here’s the part that truly broke me — the entire procedure was recorded on multiple video cameras. No warning. No consent. Just me, vulnerable and in pain, being filmed without my permission. That’s a violation I can’t even put into words. I left feeling violated, humiliated, and furious. Dermapure didn’t just waste my money — they shattered my trust. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
