Stopped in after 2 days on the road to recharge with a light therapy session which was amazing!! Very friendly people and fast service! Was also pleasantly surprised the staff took the time to ask about my personal goal and sent me away with some great tips and dieting frameworks personalized to my goals vs my current situation for free! The entire time I felt as if they were truly interested in helping and I never felt for a second pressured to purchase additional services! The people truly care about what they do!
