I have had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful experience, as always, when I recently visited My M.I.S.S. Haven Medical. I wish I could give it more than five stars because it truly deserves that! My professional has been caring for my hair—and accepting insurance—for over 20 years. One of the standout treatments I’ve benefited from is the regrowth treatment, which was covered by insurance and has been a game-changer for my hair health. The shampooing and conditioning experience feels absolutely wonderful—so relaxing, soothing, and comforting. On my last visit, I opted for a Silk Press Blowout, and, as always, I love how my hair looks and feels afterward. I also adore the other beautiful styles she creates for me, including braids, weaves, color treatments, and natural hairstyles like two-strand twists. She’s truly a wonder and can do it all! My M.I.S.S. Haven offers incredible value for their services, especially with their custom memberships, which help you save money. As a loyal customer for over two decades, I deeply appreciate their excellent service—not just for hair care but also for their holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle.

Amazing Experience. Mrs.Trina was very nice and professional. I came in with my hair very damaged, I received a Keratin Treatment, color correction, and a cut and it was absolutely wonderful. I left with my hair being so soft and healthy. I highly recommend and I will be coming back !

I know I paid $189 for a keratin treatment wasn’t totally excited about the outcome! I wanted a color and cut also’ online line they put just. Keratin treatment! I wasn’t really happy about the results! I think you could of offered a cut and color with which I would have paid for! Trina was so nice, I just thought of a different experience! My hair looks the same! I believe you should feel good when you leave! I put a hat on because I actually was not looking good to put it nicely! For that price it should include a cut! You have a nice place but I think you should wait to the customer comes in to examine her hair first! Not going by what the refer online! Holistic is fine but it’s not the best for a lot of us!

People need to know not to go to this place! I was told by phone that insurance would cover my treatments and gave all the appropriate information and then was never updated. Once I got to the appointment Trina was nice and helpful, but I was told I owed over 300$ for my visit. Online I clicked on a consult scalp analysis which was listed as 5.99. I knew Trina spent her time and I did not want to be rude, so I paid what was asked via Zelle. Which was agreed upon. When I left I was texted by “concierge” that I did not pay. They charged my credit card also not once but twice!! My hair was examined washed and essential oils put on it. I do not think that was worth anywhere near what was paid!! Then after that all of a sudden insurance would not cover anything I was told etc. I am currently in the process of fighting the charges to my account. I was told I could not be told who the owner was and Trina never contacted me either which was disappointing since she is the only “live” person I dealt with. Everything else was via text. This place is shady and I think they prey on people who are in vulnerable situations.

Update 11/9: Been going to Trina for 10 months now and I am BLOWN AWAY not just by much my hair has grown but in the clarity of my scalp!! I struggled with severe seborrheic dermatitis and usually my hair would only be clear for about a week before being covered in dandruff. It’s been four weeks since I my last appointment and my scalp was totally clear!! 😱
