Overall my experience was great. I do recommend this practice. Clean office. Professional and helpful staff. The doctor’s assistant (I wish I could remember her name), was very friendly, easygoing, professional and kind. Dr. Spitzler was kind, professional and informative. My only critique with Dr. Spitzler is that she seemed rushed and spoke way too fast. I work in the medical field and understand the busyness of a medical practice, however, you should never make a patient feel like they’re part of a factory line you’re hustling to get through.

I am very upset by my appointment today. The Dr. was very professional and informative. However when it came to my skin concerns, she said she could prescribe a cream however she wanted me to meet with her aesthetician to discuss options. The aesthetician hardly looked at my concerns and rather tried to sell me $1,000’s worth of treatments. She said the cream won’t work and that my only choice was 4+ laser treatments. I’m familiar with the treatment and I’ve been told and from experience 1-2 treatments a year is sufficient. I feel they are taking advantage of patients that do not know any better under the premise of it being a doctors office. I’m disgusted

I visited this place once after noticing a small bald spot on my head following the birth of my baby. After doing some research, I found out it was alopecia, which is common and treatable, so I hoped to get some help. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The doctor, whose name I don’t even remember, seemed completely uninterested in my concerns. She took a quick photo of my hair and left without explaining anything or offering support. I was in the office for barely ten minutes, and no one ever followed up with me about treatment or any questions I had. However, they were very quick to send a $227 bill in the mail. Given how uncaring and dismissive the staff were, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
