The staff does not return calls. You receive an abnormal test result in the mail and no one returns your calls to speak about your results. I will definitely be finding a different healthcare provider that cares

I work in the medical industry. I wholeheartedly believe Dr. Hartley needs a second mid-level who's 21st century driven when it comes to addressing OB issues. The NP who works with Dr. Hartley is NOT good. You never take a guess without definitively proving your theory and you certainly never leave a woman in pain when they have explained their clinical course with you. You're suppose to completely follow through. Lastly, it's never a good idea to presume that you know more than the patient. Dr. Hartley's NP is very old school--too old school for her to meet the needs of gynecological issues that wonen face today. With that being said---and I want to be fair; she takes her time with you. She does a full textbook workup, but drilling down to your problem and putting solutions in place is where she falls a part. I ended up leaving with more questions than answers and I ended up going to a GYN around my age who actually drilled down to get to the possible root of my problem. Dr. Hartley's NP has a very generic approach. This lady is stuck in the 70's which may work for some but will certainly be a disaster for others. I think if Dr. Hartley brings in a younger and or more sharp mid-level, she'll be able to shore up the gaps that currently exist in this practice.

Dr Harley is so knowledgeable in hormone replacement therapy that she is able to assess and administer a successful treatment plan quickly. She listens well, orders appropriate labs and provides options. Her follow up treatment is timed perfectly. I can't say enough good things about her. I'm so glad to have found her. I want to update this review 6/19/2024 to add that I have continued treatment with Dr Harley. Her staff has always been so welcoming and accommodating, by providing medical letters needed, prescription refills in a timely manner and changing appointments for me. Dr Harley spends time going over my labs every other visit when we draw new labs, discussing current dosage and if we should stay there and anything else going on with me medically at that time to determine if that could be the cause for even any slight changes in my labs. Her thoroughness in my care is beyond what I have ever received elsewhere. My hormonal health is in excellent shape and I feel symptom free due to time and care she puts into my program.

Dr. Harley and her medical and professional staff have been stellar. Dr. Harley listens closely and cares about you feeling YOUR best. Not just base-line good enough on a scale that has nothing to do with you. If you are feeling any of the effects of menopause, visit for a consultation. The treatment has been nothing short of life-changing. Staff has been caring, helpful and patient in explaining everything.

Kind caring and genuine is how I would describe the staff and Doctors. I truly love coming into my appointments. They are thorough and honest. Dr. Brown is one of a kind and I am happy to have had her through both of my pregnancies. Dr. Hamilton is very thorough with information and explanations and never gets tired of my endless questions. The staff is polite and courteous throughout the entire appointment.

Dr. Harley and her entire team are awesome. They have very smooth processes and excellent customer care - which makes every visit smooth & stress free. I find this extra valuable at my gyno because so many visits are about things that are uncomfortable, embarrassing, or otherwise distressing! I’ve received both regular gyn appts/tests and hormone therapy from both Dr. Harley and Sherida and they’re both great, taking time to listen and explain until I understand and have decided from the options. Richard at the front desk is also amazing, as are the rest of the team, both front and back office! I recommend this place to any woman - and especially those who are living through perimenopause and beyond and are not finding relief from their current gyno - come get yourself the support and relief you deserve, your challenges CAN be resolved - you do NOT have to live with it!!

Dr. Harley's staff is absolutely amazing. Every one of them is friendly, fun, competent, friendly, caring - I could go on and on! Plus, Dr. Harley will take the time to sit and talk with you about your concerns and has a genuine interest in your overall health and well-being. I can't wait to report the results! It's been about 6 weeks and I feel fantastic!

Although the staff is EXTREMELY nice (and usually helpful), I had major issues with this practice. All of my appointments took 2+ hours past my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Harley also failed to share all information with me during my meetings with her - ex: She originally prescribed 10mg of my hormone medication. I then met with her for a follow up, and she never disclosed in our appointment that she would be increasing the dosage. I then got a call from the pharmacy (after spending 2+ hours at Dr. Harley’s office) that she ordered 100mg of that same medicine. Was this a mistake? I’m still unsure because no one has called me back, and I was not informed of this mg increase. If you don’t have time to wait around and call multiple times for an answer for something, I suggest choosing another doctor.

Dr. Harley is a great doctor; however, multiple staff members are in urgent need of customer service training. I heavily invested in two medical services which required weekly follow up. Once I arrived for the first of weekly follow ups on the first medical investment, was told the staff member wasn’t there that day. During the same visit I shared that there may be a medical issue with the first medical procedure I invested heavily in. An hour later, once I approached the desk I was told with a very rough attitude by an MA, that I could not be placed before a patient (as though I wasn’t one) and that the doctor leaves early on Fridays. The receptionist then shared with the MA with the rough attitude, that I was waiting for her (substitute MA) & she replied “she thought I was waiting for the provider that she was not going to allow me to see”. I later called to report this to the doctor & was met with “the doctor doesn’t have an email & doesn’t speak with patients.” Advice: Once you make the investment in the medical service do not expect the weekly followthrough nor attention if a medical concern arises. I’m sure the doctor is unaware of these incidents.
