I started my LHR journey with the brand’s Buckhead location but quickly decided it was not the right fit. I gave the Toco Hills location a try and absolutely loved the energy, excellent customer service, and the willingness to finding the right solution to a problem/concern. 10/10 highly recommend LHR at Ideal Image. Results are immediate! More permanent results can be observed after session 3. My areas being serviced are face, underarms, full Brazilian, naval, lower legs, and toes. The office staff was nice and they were efficient in getting the service done. My only “complaint”, if I can call it that (because I think it’s painful regardless), is that it seems as if the Candela laser hair device is an older/not as advanced model….so there was still a lot of pain involved. I’m not an expert in the equipment so maybe it is the Pro Plus series but it really felt the same from years ago….

I have been coming to Ideal Image for years and I always appreciate the consistency of the customer service experience as well as my results! More recently, I’ve enjoyed the Toco Hills location as it’s clean and the staff is always pleasant. I literally had laser on my face a decade ago and just now have to return to them for maintenance. Definitely a great return on my investment. It also helps that I can break down the cost with using their credit line to make affordable monthly payments with a low APR. I will always come to them for my laser treatment!

Beware -- premier services must be paid in advance! Received a text the day before my appointment stating that it had been cancelled. Called the next morning, and was told that they would try to find another location to perform the procedure -- never received a call back. Went into the clinic, the same day, and was told to call back on Tuesday for a refund (the manager was out). Called on Tuesday -- was told that they did not have a manager at that location (they were working on it). It was not offered, yet I requested and received the corporate telephone number. I was informed that they would not issue a refund because it was past the three-day window (despite the fact that I was told, face-to-face, to call on Tuesday). Contacted the bank to claw back the funds and block future payments (totaling over $700). Highly unprofessional, total lack of accountability, and do not recommend!!
