My experience at the clinic was excellent! Every staff member was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with a language barrier, the team was unbelievably patient and understanding, taking their time to explain everything. 😊 I was especially impressed by the specialist who did my procedure. They worked with amazing care and precision (very meticulous). When I asked for the most economical option, they were wonderful and advised me on the most efficient way to distribute the Botox to achieve great results while being cost-effective. I am beyond disappointed with Ideal Image, and I feel obligated to warn others after what they did to my sister, Cherry. She went in hoping for help, support, and a professional experience — instead, she walked out hurt, embarrassed, and completely discouraged. The way they treated her was unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly heartbreaking. From the moment she arrived, the staff barely acknowledged her. They acted irritated by her questions and rushed her through the consultation like she was wasting their time. Instead of listening to her concerns, they talked over her and pushed overpriced packages that didn’t even fit what she was asking for. Cherry left feeling like they saw her as nothing more than a sale, not a person. What makes it worse is how insensitive they were. She felt judged, dismissed, and talked down to, and the experience deeply affected her confidence. No one deserves to be treated that way — especially in a place that’s supposed to make people feel comfortable and supported. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic respect was shocking. Ideal Image failed my sister in every way imaginable. If you care about being treated with dignity, honesty, and kindness, look ANYWHERE else. They do not deserve your time, your trust, or your money.

Nirali Patel, is a Lead Medical Professional, her personal attention I value. The front desk staff is equally professional and attentive. DO NOT GO HERE! My mom went to this med spa for Botox and filler, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. She spent over $3,000, and none of the Botox worked. We believe it was watered down, because her wrinkles and fine lines never improved at all. When we brought it up at her follow-up, they said it “didn’t matter” since it was a promo — which is completely unprofessional. The filler experience was even worse. They injected her while she was lying down and sitting up, with no consistent technique, and she ended up uneven, bruised, and in a lot of pain. The injector didn’t seem confident or experienced, and every visit she was seen by someone different. They refused to issue a refund and only offered to “try and fix it,” but after what happened, we didn’t trust them to touch her face again. The front desk staff were polite, but that doesn’t make up for the poor quality work or lack of accountability. They wouldn’t even allow me, her daughter, in the room during her injections, which made us even more uncomfortable. We had to go to SkinSpirit in Buckhead afterward to correct the damage, which cost even more money — but the difference in care and professionalism was night and day. We would never recommend this place to anyone. The products felt diluted, the injections were botched, and the staff took no responsibility for their mistakes. Truly one of the worst medical spa experiences we’ve ever had.

I started getting my appointments at the Toco Hills location, but then I came to this location today. The beautiful young lady who did my service is Heather. Heather is so awesome. She is very knowledgeable about her job. I actually felt that she was more knowledgeable and gave me feedback about hair laser removal than Toco Hills. Heather was very attentive. She implemented techniques that were not done at the Toco Hills. So Buckhead will now be my new location for my hair laser removal thank you, Heather! 9/23. - Update Buckhead still are the Buckhead baddies!! Lewie is the best her energy is top tier!!
