Where do I begin...From the minute you walk in the door, the staff at Kai make you feel like a VIP. Grace, Claudia, Theresa and Brooke are always warm, inviting and greet you with a smile. Claudia is always so helpful and patient when trying to accomodate my hectic schedule. Both my daughter and I have received facials that were AMAZING! My teenage daughter was suffering from terrible breakouts and Brooke and Theresa have worked magic with their facials. Her skin is clear and beautiful! When I was considering laser treatment for broken blood vessels on my face, Grace was so calming and thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. Any anxiety or apprehension I once had, no longer exists and I have been extremely happy with the results!

I love the personal service at Kai. Grace, the managing director, is incredibly knowledgeable and only suggests treatments that are truly beneficial to your particular goals. There is no "over-selling" here. I got a spur-of-the-moment dermaplaning treatment and Madison, and it was incredible! I trust their recommendations - so much that I just signed up for a package of microneedling (which, by the way, is the best price I have seen in the Sandy Springs area). I also love that they sell the Revision skincare product line that I use to buy from my dermatologist but can now get here.

I have FOUND my forever massage place! I had requested a 2hr deep massage as it wasn’t on their online menu and was soooo happy they could accommodate me. I sew professionally and travel a lot for work so I was soooo looking forward of my sore and stress points massaged out. I forget the women who worked on me, but she was fabulous and the owner of this establishment 💖 I also LOVE that the beds are heated and your offered a robe and flip flops when you need a restroom break. I appreciated that detail because at other places I would have to put my clothing back on. Thank you lovely ladies! Already looking forward to my next appt with y’all💖
