I highly recommend Dr.Weisman . My husband had psoriasis on his hands to the point he was either wearing gloves or super gluing the cracks back together. After going to a local dermatologist for over a year his hands were still sore and painful. I found Dr. Weisman online and was impressed with her research, published work and excellent reviews. We drive over 2 hours to get there and it’s worth every minute even in Atlanta traffic. His hands are now healed and softer than mine. So of course I wanted that same wonderful care and began going to her as well. I had had peri- oral dermatitis which left my face with red blisters and no solution until I found Dr. Weisman. Now my skin looks better than ever. We have now been going for several years for our annual screening. She’s great and has found several skin cancers early and provided excellent treatment and follow up.

I had an excellent experience with Rakshni Kokilakumar PA-C, From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. MS Kokilakumar PA-C she is Certified Physician Assistant, took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the treatment options clearly, and made sure I understood every step. The results have been amazing — my skin has improved significantly, and I feel much more confident. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown throughout my visits. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t sure what to do. But I hope whoever is reading this it helps or something is adjusted as much as it can be because I know I’m only one person I found Dr. Wiseman on TikTok one night, strolling about my diagnosis in the way she spoke about certain things that she has studied. I knew she was someone. I probably should be speaking to. Last month She put me on a new medication. I know I have a appointment later on this month, but my last dosage of it was last Friday so I called to ask If they were going to refill the medication, I didn’t know if they knew I was out of it already. I was told my doctor wouldn’t be in office so I needed to be seen by a P.A in order for them to refill any medication’s. I let them know that I had already done the labs a couple days before I called But I agreed to be seen. In the appointment the PA knew nothing about my medication. What I was on. I asked her about the labs. They never looked at them. They never received them. So I was confused to what was going on they end up adjusting the medication. And I walk out to go check out the front desk, lady completely and utterly scared me. From just walking up, her demeanor was just unwelcoming. She asked me if I was insurance or self-pay. I told her I’m kind of both I did know what the office was doing about my insurance because I was being told that the doctors office was working to help Start taking my insurance. She goes you can’t be both. You’re one of the Other. So she gets up with a slip of paper And goes self pay. And tells me how much it is and I tell her I can’t pay for that. She tells me that the doctors office isn’t a charity And that the practice has me paying Medicaid Rates. Basically saying I’m already paying the lowest. Which is a blessing. As she’s yelling at me, I I look around and there’s families sitting in the lobby and two other men sitting behind the desk. I get scared and I’m already in pain. I can’t walk already. I ask if I can just leave and someone can call me. And they tell me no I can’t leave. I asked for someone who is over the office and she comes in. And tells me I’m the problem because I can’t pay. That’s why she’s treating me like that. These people are just laughing at me. This lady tells me that I don’t know who I’m playing with and now I’m not gonna get my medication. I sat My Car and I just wanted to die. The parking people had to call my parents I’m already sick. I already feel useless. I can’t work. I can’t even pay with lights on anymore. I want to survive, but another person looked me in my face today and basically assured me that I wasn’t enough. And that I just don’t have enough to live. I have to do with my medical issues alone and quietly in financial issues, of course. But now complete other strangers had to look at me at the lowest point in my life in a way I can’t even explain. If I could say anything to those ladies, I will let them know that they have won just like PG they have won.

The care once you get through the door is always a good experience. However, office management seems to be a big problem, especially in communication. Medical notes written in appointments are not always reviewed for care in your next appointment. Obtaining an appointment is not easy and upon arrival you may not even get what you think you booked. The staff do not seem to like the environment. I’ve been a long time patient, but after my last two appointments, I am reconsidering if I should remain a patient.

I have visited this provider’s office twice before and had wonderful experiences with great providers on both occasions. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely upsetting and has led me to decide not to return. During my appointment, I clearly communicated what I wanted done. While I understand and respect that the doctor advised against my preferred option, the alternative treatment plan she suggested was not something I was willing to pursue, and I expressed that firmly. Despite this, she repeated the same recommendation multiple times. This left me feeling unheard and unseen, which was both frustrating and disappointing. After I had already vocalized the specific area where I wanted the procedure performed, the doctor then had the medical assistant come in and asked which area I wanted treated. This made me feel as though my instructions were not being acknowledged. Additionally, upon reviewing my medical plan after the visit, I noticed that there were items included that had not been discussed with me in the office or during the appointment. Because of this experience, I no longer feel confident seeking care at this office and will not be returning.

I’m beyond impressed with my first visit here. I’ve seen multiple dermatologists over the past 5+ years, but this one visit was more informative and successful than all the others combined. The doctor took the time to really observe my condition—over 15 minutes, which is rare when most dermatologists spend only 1–2 minutes. Just five days after my appointment, I’ve already seen more improvement than I have in years. Truly unbelievable experience, and I couldn’t recommend this dermatologist enough.

Clinicians are fine. The ability to call into this practice for core needs, however, is abysmal. Zero front line call coverage and it seems that you will only be able to contact this office via phone at the end of a work day because everyone is “in clinic”. Your patient population isn’t just those in your office. This is highly indicative of understaffing and results in a medical practice that makes accessing care and needed guidance difficult and painful.
