Very clean. I was welcomed with a smile and brought into a relaxation room to fill out paper work. I was offered water, tea, and champagne while I waited which was very nice. My message therapist Tina was amazing!! She was so professional and personable. I was very relaxed and didn’t want my message to end!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait to try some other treatment Spa 810 has to offer.

I did the laser hair removal for my underarms and my shins. I completed all 6 treatments and a month or so after my last treatment all my hair has come back. I emailed the spa and explained that I was disappointed with the results and I never got a response. Makes me believe they know their treatment doesn’t work. I have two “touchup” treatments, but honestly if it didn’t work the past 6 times why would it work now. I just wasted my time and money the last 9 months.

Got a Groupon for Spa810 to complete my laser treatment after moving to Atlanta. So far so good. Sadia has been amazing to work with especially with handling my low pain tolerance. Folks at the front desk are always pleasant to talk with. They also use the Alma in-motion laser which are much less painful than the zap your hair till it dies lasers. Another reason why I specifically seeked them out. Definitely recommend.

Amazing visit! !! I had a massage, foot scrub and signature facial this past Saturday. This was a bday treat for me to have a spa day and boy oh boy did I enjoy. I searched for a good spa at least a week before coming from Chicago to ATL for a wknd getaway & I'm elated I found this place. The massage was perfect & facial was perfect-I even received facial product samples!

I am uncertain as to why the change in staff was made because the service here has declined rapidly. Also, the laser hair removal is complete waste of time. It just does not work. The director is passive and uncompromising. The environment is take what you get and go. I have several unused visits here. They will remain unused. It is not worth the stress.
