I had an amazing experience at the Calhoun location with Southern Surgical Arts and all the staff. I checked in and went right back. I was greeted with my nurse who was amazing and stayed with me the whole time. She got me prepped for my procedure and then met with all my dr’s and then some. Everyone was amazing and very professional. The procedure it self went extremely smooth. Got my meds picked up and now home relaxing. I am beyond impressed with this whole group and am very thankful for such an impressionable experience with them all.

I am beyond grateful for Dr. Andrew Ray and his incredible work. In my 35 years of life, I can honestly say I never fully loved my body. Even after losing a significant amount of weight, the extra skin always haunted me and kept me from feeling confident. I consulted with SEVERAL other doctors before choosing Dr. Ray, but none of them felt right. Some appointments felt rushed and overly focused on money, and I didn’t feel truly heard. The moment Dr. Ray walked into the room, everything changed, it felt like I was talking to a really good friend. The vibe was completely different. He took his time, answered every question without hesitation, and never made me feel pressured. When he noticed I was confused, he explained everything clearly until I understood. He showed me real before-and-after photos of actual patients with my same body type—not models—and was honest from the very beginning about realistic outcomes. I had a drainless tummy tuck with 360 lipo, and my recovery has been spotless so far. Even at just 16 days post-op, with a long journey ahead, I already love what I see every time I look in the mirror. Every time I see my today pictures, I get a knot in my throat. I still can’t believe that’s me. And yes, I absolutely LOVE my belly button! You can tell Dr. Andrew Ray genuinely loves what he does. He’s humble, down-to-earth, and truly passionate about his work. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Dr.Ray and his staff. From the first consult to surgery I felt comfortable and safe. Dr. Ray is not your typical “ plastic surgeon” he truly goes above and beyond to deliver the results the patient asks for while staying true to his style of a “natural look” I had a full mommy makeover I had wanted for years but feared the odd belly button. My belly button looks perfect, Like it should look. My scar is so low no one can see it. The staff calls to check on you. Dr. Ray even gave me his cell number if I needed anything. Everyone in the office treats you like you are the only patient there and does everything to make you feel comfortable.Shout out to Chelsea for even scratching my nose while my hands were out of commission on the operating table. 😂🙌🏻. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
