This is the best practice I think I have ever been to. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and are always willing to answer my many questions. I am on my fourth Alma treatment for Rosacea and the changes I have seen are night and day. I have seen significant changes in my skin’s sensitivity and pigmentation, my cystic acne has not shown up at all. I can not recommend this practice enough.

Drove an hour to be seen after a yag done and still not able to see , because I owed a past bill they would not see me . I had my 70 dollar copayment but because I couldn’t pay the bill I couldn’t be seen . Very frustrating and disappointing. If I would have known ahead of time I could have come up with money. Spoke twice on phone before appointment and was never told about paying bill or having the bill . Do not recommend traveling to this doctors office

Absolutely incredible experience here! Doctor C and staff are quick, knowledgeable and honestly just overall wonderful humans. Had lasik done here and there is not one bad thing I could say about it. Was able to contact someone quickly when I had questions and worked around my schedule. Having an operation on your eyes can be daunting and scary, the staff and doctor alleviated and stress or fear I had about the procedure. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend Dr. C with all my heart. 10/10. Bedside manner incredibly warm, knowledge top notch. Can’t sing their praises enough.

I came seeking surgery for my lazy eye from Dr. Ceravolo, and the staff made it so easy for me! The ladies at the front desk are nice and helpful! Ashely specifically helped me the most and she is a angel! She explained my after care and instructions to me and did my eye exams and even calmed me down about my nervousness for the surgery itself. Dr. Ceravolo is kind and calm, very professional and is good at what he does. Its not easy trusting people with your eyes, but he made it very easy. Im glad I found him! The eye center is very clean and organized! I never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. Thank you guys!

I have an eye condition that requires routine follow up. When I moved to the Columbus area a few months ago, I tried finding a specialist who could see me. Everyone was booked up for months. I accidentally came across North Columbus Eye Center, found out they are part of my insurance network, and amazingly they were able to see me a few days later. The staff treated me awesome, they are responsive, friendly, and thorough and their work. Dr. Aburime himself is professional and knowledgeable. I feel 100% confident under his care, and he has my eye condition under solid control. I will definitely continue doing my check ups and any other eye treatment I need with them.

The doctor is fine although at my first appt other than just observe my eyes he didn’t do anything. Second appt. I got some numbing drops and an exam. The huge issue with this place is the wait for a doctor to come in once you are in the room. I had a first appt after lunch and I was in the exam room 50 minutes before the doc even saw me. I’d much rather have waited in the reception area. Both times I’ve been here it’s the same thing. An appt that literally took ten minutes tops with a wait of almost an hour.
