I spent thousands with Laser Away and no results at all with 8 visits. They actually scarred my skin. I literally just had my 3rd visit (4 weeks apart) with Monica at Body Details and shocked at the way my tattoos are disappearing! Do yourself a favor and choose this place! They offer as many visits as it takes for one price as well and 0% interest with approved credit. I am not at all disappointed in their tattoo removal services! Great price and superior results! I have been going here for about 4 months now for a laser tattoo removal. The progress is great. The laser is painful, but the results are satisfying. Definitely worth it so far. Summer is great! She is so welcoming and kind to her patients. She’s patient with all of my questions, encouraging during our sessions, and really takes pride in her work and relationships with her clients. She’s always available when I have questions or need to reschedule. Facility is clean, welcoming, and easy to navigate to.

Monica was patient and knowledgeable about the procedure, explaining the purpose behind each step and taking me through the steps of post-procedure care. 10/28/2024: Hiring a lawyer. Will post information here to join class action lawsuit/dispute. 09/20/2024: Tatoo not removed and Body Details is refusing care and telling me to go to Florida. I have contacted them and the are not responding. I paid $2000 for tatoo removal and now I can’t receive what I paid for. They are knowledgeable and follow recommended guidelines to care for your skin. I am having laser tattoo removal. I think it hurts more than you are led to believe, but it is bearable if you are sure you want the tattoo gone. Monica has been very helpful and informative for me. I give four starts because the price is more negotiable than I felt I was initially informed. I would prefer a fixed price based on tattoo specifications to avoid haggling with a corporate sales rep before coming in the door. I will update review once tattoo is completely gone. I have noticed fading of the tattoo after three sessions, but I imagine it will take about a year to be completely gone. I will post before and after photos.

Updated Review - 10/20/24: I’ve been a customer at the Kennesaw Body Details location for about a year, undergoing laser tattoo removal for which I prepaid $900. To my shock and without any prior communication, the location suddenly closed. Instead of offering a proper resolution, the only suggestion provided was to continue services at their Florida locations. This is absurd, considering I live in Georgia, and traveling out of state is both impractical and unreasonable. The lack of transparency and communication is completely unacceptable. Like other customers, I trusted this business to fulfill the service I paid for, only to be left with no viable options. It feels like they took my money knowing the business was in financial trouble, with no intention of following through on their commitments. The closure is entirely the company’s fault, and customers deserve better than this dismissive response. Overall, this is a company with poor customer service, terrible business practices, and no regard for its clients. I expected more professionalism and accountability. Old Review: Monica did an excellent job providing my tattoo removal service. She was very informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
