I recently had my hair done at another salon, and unfortunately it was nothing like what I had asked for. I reached out to MAC Day Spa & Hair Studio, and from the very first call, they were the sweetest and most accommodating people. I was getting ready to go out of town and hoped to have my hair fixed that same day — and they made it happen. The entire spa is absolutely beautiful and so impressive. Lauren did my haircut, and she is truly amazing. She was incredibly kind, asked thoughtful questions, and really listened as I explained what I didn’t like and what I was hoping for. She offered a few suggestions, worked her magic, and my hair turned out fantastic. I absolutely love it. I drove an hour to get there, and it was so worth it. I already have my next appointment booked. 🥰

Mac Day Spa is a hidden gem in West Cobb. I did not realize they were here until recently and I have lived here for over 10 years. Charlene did my hair and she was great! She gave me some very pretty highlights and a really cute cut/style. I’ll definitely be back to see her! I also tried one of the skin care treatments. Heather is the esthetician that did the derma-plane treatment and a facial…she is fantastic! So glad I was able to find an amazing hairdresser and esthetician in one place. I will be a regular here :)

I followed my favorite esthetician, Heather Didier, here after she closed her spa 18 months ago. Changing from a small, private spa to a larger, busier location was an adjustment, but once we were in the treatment room, it was private and serene. The facial was perfect, tailoring to my skin’s specific needs. The spa is clean, well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have signed a membership agreement, so I look forward to a lasting relationship with the spa.

I went to another salon to have my daughter’s hair dyed, we wanted it to look very natural turns out terrible not natural at all, awful. My friend referred me to Leslie at MAC saloon. Had a very bad experience today Aug 28. Been going to this salon for over 4 years. ~ 2 years ago signed up for their VIP facial- get a reduced rate + a complinentary hair wash. Today after my facial I tied to book my appt for next month. However. they had no availability until 31 Oct! When I said this was not acceptable and had no choice but to cancel the program. Then I was told they were still going to charge me for next month (Sept) because I didn't cancel before the 12th. This made we not want to come back so I also canceled my next scheduled hair appt for a cut & highlights. Too bad- they just lost a loyal customer. Should not have a program when they cannot fulfill their obligation.
