Dr. Atkins is amazing! She did a wonderful job with my chemical peel and laser treatment. My skin needed that so much. I have been struggling with melasma since the birth of my first child and now my skin looks terrific! Her office is beautiful and welcoming, and I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. She has the best demeanor, a gentle touch, and is great at explaining her treatments and what to expect. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a terrific dermatologist!

I received a call from a phone number that I was able to trace back to this facility. When I answered the phone I was asked “who is this?” I told them my 1st name and asked who I was speaking with. I was told to give them my last name. I declined and asked who I was speaking with and where they are calling from. The lady stated she would found my number somewhere and did not give her name. I asked where she found it and to provide her name again. She told me her name was “Kim” and said “she found my number on this thing”. I asked who she was with to which she refused to disclose that information. I asked her again “why she was calling me” and she got mad, and yelled into the phone “bye”. I have never been to this place or requested any information on services given at this place. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior. If I was interested in having work done here, I wouldn’t be anymore. They definitely need a serious customer service revamp.

I had never had lip filler before. I have a very thin upper lip. As the Dr is putting in the filler, she’s telling me that anytime someone injects and the filler travels beyond the lip line, that it’s a bad job. Well, that’s exactly what she did, injected it above my lip line. You can’t even tell I had the lip filler done! Total waste of $675!! I now have clumps of filler above my lip line in random places. When I asked her to fix this, she acted like it was my fault, but she finally tried to even out my upper right side of lip to match the left side, after I pitched a fit! . It’s still uneven and lips are not at all fuller. She told me that I was lucky that someone had some unused filler left behind to attempt to correct this. I was devastated and very upset with the service and professionalism!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER

Dr. Atkins always makes me feel welcome. She spends time with me and makes me feel like an appreciated customer. I have been going to her for more than 5 years now and would not hesitate recommending her to friends and family. Both locations are convenient to me (parking is a little harder in Buckhead but that’s to be expected) and I typically can be seen as a drop in with no appointment. I go in for Botox. There are some things you don’t cheap out on and your face should be one of them. Skip the Groupon and sketchy docs that aren’t plastic surgeons injecting who knows what or how diluted. AMS has GREAT $10 per unit price on Botox every Tuesday /Thursday administered by a skilled doctor. Always happy with my results. Never had a single issue
