My wife booked a 60 minute massage for me as a gift. I've never been to a spa before and honestly was a little nervous. This place though was fantastic! Very professional, relaxing, and not rushed. All the staff members we saw were very service oriented and embodied the calm environment they create for guests. The massage I had was amazing. The therapist was very professional and knew where to target to help with specific areas of my lower back that have been bothersome. After we were done, we were free to sit in a small room with refreshments and just visit and relax, not shoved out the door once the massage had ended. I was impressed and will be back.

What a lovely gem! Don't be fooled by the modest outside, inside lies an oasis! Small fountains with an unpretentious, lush decor and the kindest, warmest staff I've ever encountered at any service establishment ever! I had the aroma therapy massage which was amazing. I also had a full facial with an under eye treatment. The beds are comfortable and some are even heated! Both of my massage therapists were lovely ladies. They even allow you a break between services to dine on small appetizers, tea, and cucumber water. You're allowed a robe and a wrap with slippers for easy movement between rooms. I felt like I was floating by the time I got picked up! It was amazing. I definitely want to go back with the spouse next time.

I booked a day of pampering at Renew Day Spa earlier this week. It was my first time at this spa (came highly recommend). I was very impressed when I walked in the door. I was warmly greeted and soon started my first service - a massage that was wonderful and relaxing. All my stress melted away and all I felt was happiness and grateful. Then I had a facial that continued my zen experience. Renew is a beautiful spa and their staff is attentive and made me feel like a princess. I even met the owner Rebecca. She was warm and welcoming. I will become a regular. I LOVE Renew!

I’ve been going to Renew for over a decade. It’s fabulous! The environment is relaxing and the staff are amazing. They are friendly and warm and always make me feel welcomed. The facility is very clean and the sitting rooms (before and/or after treatments) ensure I experience the stress free atmosphere I seek. (...along with the snack bar full of healthy, yummy snacks and soothing herbal teas. My therapist, Melissa, is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and never disappoints. I’m always amazed at how energized (and pain free) I feel when I leave.

My sister and I booked a 90 minute massage at Renew Day Spa and it was AMAZING! From the time you walk in the door until you leave, incredible. The staff was so warm and inviting. The weather outside was awful so to come in from the cold and rain and have this experience was such a treat. We are going to make this our yearly get-away only next year we will probably be there all day. I have told anyone who will listen about the next time they are in the Atlanta area this is worth a stop. Thank you Renew Day Spa for a wonderful and relaxing experience. See ya next year!

Purchased 4 $160 dollar gift certificates for my female cousin, her daughter and my 2 daughters 12/5/30. I live in South Florida. This was a Christmas gift for a' girls day out' which I informed the spa. I also informed them we would be in Atlanta for a week. They offered to mail the gift certificates and I said yes because, as I informed them, I wanted to give the gifts on the day of my arrival, 12/20/20., so that ALL the recipients could use them during Christmas week. Imagine my surprise when we called a week before Christmas and were told that they were COMPLETELY booked for almost a month in advance. At no point was it mentioned that the certificates would be USELESS during our time in Atlanta, despite my having mentioned that we would only be there during Christmas and that these were CHRISTMAS gifts that were to be used DURING THE CHRISTMAS holiday and that we live 1200 miles away. No, "We are completely booked during your trip" or "You should book now because we are filling up." When I asked for my money back the owner told me, "They're good for a lifetime. Sorry." And he told my bank that because I was unhappy that I was belligerent. Gift certificates? Buyer beware. We visit every 5 years or so. I guess the women in my family can use their 2020 Christmas gifts in 2025. If they are still in business..
