Unfortunately, I haven't had the best experience with this practice and that's before even visiting them. I was so excited to see if they had new patient slots because of how amazing the reviews are, however, I've unfortunately been constantly ignored. I've filled out the form on the website twice, emailed, and called and left two voicemails (in the span of a month, maybe a little longer). I completely understand if a practice isn't taking new patients, but I thought it would have been good customer service to call/email someone inquiring about it back to let them know that they are full. This was just my experience, but the first impression hasn't been the greatest.

They called me back immediately after I left a message I have an appointment for my pellets on Monday Excited The girl was so nice on the phone I'm a new patient I'm hoping the visit will be just as good as the phone call Part 2 this was the most amazing experience I've had and I've had some good doctors even when I tried to get a lil upset about a lil issue I realized they were just being thorough from the office visit check in to the doctor and the procedure I feel like 🤯 wow! They are some really good hearted people They are so stuck with me 💋🙏🏼definitely ten thumbs up !

Dr. Fricke is wonderful—knowledgeable and caring. However, I'm having trouble getting through on the phone. I’ve left messages, but no one has returned my calls. I need a refill for my prescription and, although I finally managed to speak to someone and she wasn’t friendly as it feels like I am bothering her. I still haven't received a callback. I've been calling everyday all day, but my calls go straight to voicemail. I’m about to give up. I hate to leave Dr. Fricke. I put one start because I am beyond frustrated and that I have to leave bad reviews. Please get rid of your bad employees.

I love Ms Laura (FNP-C, nurse practitioner)! I came in with severe anxiety, talked me through medications and completely welcomed my self advocacy for treatment. They were able to take me in within a week (other places were like a month wait for new patients). She listened ,we planned, and now I am at such a better place mentally. Love the office staff and the environment overall at their practice! I felt well taken care of and I used to hate going to the doctor’s office but now, I look forward to seeing Ms Laura! I live in Fernandina but drive to St Mary’s just to see her!

I have been trying to reach anyone at this office for over a week with no response via email, phone, patient portal, Facebook, Instagram, and in person. I left a hand written note at their main office in St Mary’s asking for some help getting a refill on my thyroid medication with no response. My medication has now lapsed, their phone is going straight to voicemail. I got a bill for 300$ last night from my visit in July where they just didn’t bill my insurance and I am unable to reach them to settle this bill. Not to mention my last 3 appointments had to be rescheduled due to the provider forgetting them and not showing up. My scripts were also forgotten once and my labs not ordered twice. They have been active on social media accounts through this whole thing which I have commented on with no response. I have asked the neighboring and partnering organizations if they have seen anyone in office with no luck. There are no posted closures on their physical address location doors or websites.

I’ve been going to Coastal Wellness for over 2 years for various treatment options and it has been life changing!! Laura is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and cares about her patients! Brittany goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need and also keeps me laughing. All of the staff members make me feel welcomed and not like I’m just a number. I highly recommend any of these providers that have been trained by Dr. Fricke!!

The most dedicated, thoughtful and talented physician. The staff at the office is cheerful, professional and dedicated to complete patient care as well. The NATURAL hormone replacement therapy that I receive has literally changed my life. My energy is back, I don’t suffer from the debilitating headaches, I no longer break out in random sweating and I sleep much better as well. Although I speak from a female perspective, I have seen several very healthy very energetic males in the office as well. There is no reason to suffer from the hormone deficiencies that plague we adults that are 50+. Go see Dr. Fricke-Goldsmith!
