After being turned around by Statesboro Plastic Surgery, I contacted RenewalMD to try and get laser hair removal. The front desk assistant (unfortunately, I did not get her name) was extremely welcoming and asked Emily if she would be willing to see me the very same day (about an hour before closing). They squeezed me in and Emily was able to answer all my questions and gave me exceptional service. When I called back the next day to talk about aftercare, Emily and the front desk assistant were patient and caring. The procedure did not hurt at all and Emily made sure that I was comfortable the entire time.

I simply cannot say enough about Daphne and Roxy! Just wow, from start to finish! I was given a thorough consult for what I figured was a run of the mill procedure - that I had done before at other places and never had a consult for - offered a dental block several times for pain and when I was unsure whether what I was seeing was residual swelling or final product Roxy went out of her way to reach me and to reassure me that either way we’d make it right and she did all this on a Saturday! I am blown away by this team and their excellence! Thank yall so much! 🩷
