I treated myself to a birthday facial at Restorative Health by Stephanie and it was perfection. Stephanie did an amazing job—my skin feels clean, calm, and totally refreshed. Already planning my next visit!

‼️ WARNING ‼️ Do not go to this Clinic - they will sell you their package and if you choose to stop due to health reasons they will not give you back your hard earned money!!! STAY AWAY from these folks! Lastyear I was promised to contact them anytime to avail of any service of treatment that would cover the amount I have already paid and when I did a few days ago I was informed that I actually owe them according to Chris Lonsford. So to not waste your time and money.

Shane(owner) and his staff was phenomenal. My initial consultation was suppose to last about 15 / 20 mins but lasted for about 2 hours. The reason I noted that is because they made me feel like family not a patient. I was blown away by their compassion and understanding of my concerns. They made sure I was comfortable with the prescribed treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Restorative Health of Sugar Hill if you want to feel like family with quality and exceptional customer service. Give them a call and make an appointment. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

This practice gave me my life back! For years I suffered extreme tiredness throughout the day, despite my activities in the gym. I took sleeping medication nightly and many days would drink 2 energy drinks. Since starting my hormone therapy plan, I have regained so much energy. I’m no longer taking medication to sleep at night, no more energy drinks and so much more muscle mass and definition. The staff is so incredibly helpful and insightful. I highly recommend!!

**updating the review reducing them from 5 star to 2**The doctor is awesome, the front desk people need to improve. They would never return your call, on several occasions I run out of supplies even though I told them far in advance. They will tell you they ordered it then when you check for status few days later they will say let’s order it again. I stopped going there. It is a shame, I really liked the doctor and I was seeing result but the constant running out of the necessary medication made it not worth it.

Tony is awesome to work with! He did great things for me & we've worked together for years. He's dependable and a good guy all around. He is always on the cutting edge of treatments available. Working with great people make such a difference.

I want to take a moment to say the experience was exceptional. From when you walk in, the way your acknowledged to answering any questions I had. Loved there professionalism, care, patience as they were very busy the day I got my massage. But made sure my time with them was 100%. Massage was the best of it all. Words couldn't describe it was the best of the best!! Recommend it to everyone!!

My experience at restorative health was amazing . From the moment you walk they treat you like royalty. I had a facial done and I have cystic acne so I was very hesitant at first but once I spoke with the lady who did my facial she explained to me that they are facials just for people like me. My face felt so soft and rejuvenated . I will deffently be going back again for another facial. Highly recommend them , they know what they are doing and the staff are A+!

Yikes. Save your money and seek respectful care elsewhere. Trusting your health to someone should feel comforting, but this business's approach is ironically stress-inducing for a "restorative health" center, and is the reason people SEEK "restorative health" in the first place. ~ Summary of what's below: The person in charge called me today and was incredibly rude, uncompromising, and made unwarranted assumptions. This place seems nice at first but will show their true colors. The treatment received tells me that they're not suitable or empathetic enough to handle something as sensitive as your well being and health. ~ On my initial SCHEDULED consult, the doctor was too occupied to see me. Unprofessional, but the front desk assistant was helpful and pleasant so I didn't mind. I was to get extra blood work, planning to use my insurance at my primary doctor's instead of their costly panel. The assistant gave the necessary list. I looked forward to moving forward. But people show their true colors in time, and I guess I took too long getting back for the management in charge. It has been about two months, and due to both work and family I have traveled out of town frequently as of late. Due to that, I have not had time to get my blood work done, but I was still very much interested. Well, the manager called me out of the blue today and was very rude. He kept making snide remarks, making assumptions about my character and insinuating that I mismanaged my things. He also tried to strongarm me and say that a doctor would make me pay for blood work, which is not the truth lol, I've gotten blood work before --Insurance is an amazing thing, isn't it? His assistant was very helpful in giving me a list of what to get. He made it seem as if I was taking space in the system, as if it was a personal inconvenience to him. When I mentioned I didn’t realize I was in their system, he said with a rude tone "you're the one who filled this information out, not me." Yes I know I filled it out, but I didn't know I was deemed an official patient after a free consult. I didn't know my brief information was enough to be a big deal and warrant such a rude call. I was still fully on board, it's only been 2 months. He could have just let me know he'd have to clear my name out if 2 months was so unbearable,and I could've re-filled the information out, it's THAT simple LOL. Instead he was needlessly snippy. His call overall was to offer to give me the blood work for free next week, which was a nice gesture, but I will be out of town again because..drum roll...next week is a HOLIDAY!! I will be with family out of town, and I told him this along with my situation since. He then offered me it the week after in 2 weeks, and I was actually going to agree but before I could even speak he said with a rude tone, I QUOTE "you keep making excuse after excuse after excuse" and was making a bunch of rude, presumptuous remarks and being pushy -- basically insinuating to join soon or else. I had already told him moments prior that YES I was still interested, I would say NO otherwise, right? A holiday out of town is an excuse, I guess. Prior, I traveled out of town for work and my grandma's cancer diagnosis but of course you wouldn't know that when you judge and assume. When called out for his rudeness, he apologized for "me taking it that way" LOL. Nice false apology. I have the whole recording on my phone as proof, if I could post it I would. He is the type to say something rude and then gaslight you when you call him out. All in all, not someone I want to be handling my health and giving money to. Don't work in health if you lack empathy. People are pleasant when the promise of money is there but then show their true colors when they think there's not. PS: Here's that sticky note you claimed I 'lost' SIR, this is DEFINITELY something that someone would keep if they're giving excuses, huh? Folks, take note of what's listed on the panel here, it's needed for weight related hormone replacement therapy. Take note then take your money elsewhere.

I am in my late 60's and was suffering with extreme ED. I met a somewhat younger woman so I went to Restorative Health in Sugar Hill. They are FANTASTIC. From the initial interview through treatments, everyone was very professional, friendly and skilled. I first met the practice coordinator, Brandi. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and made it easy to discuss my symptoms. Ms. Sheth (PA) and Dr. Staheli both were very skilled in administering the treatments. I have completed most of my treatments and the results are excellent. I highly recommend this clinic. Its not just for men. I saw women in the waiting room on a number of occasions.
