Going into my first I was slightly nervous but all that went away as soon as Stacey (my treating provider) greeted me with a smile. She was absolutely amazing, very thorough and professional. I have been going since the end of July. Had 2 successful appointments up until the third appointment where they canceled on me couple days before my appointment due to the medical provider quitting suddenly. I was able to get into the macon location but that is almost an hour drive each way. Now I have had my November appointment canceled the day before and now my December appointment was canceled without notice! Luckily I called before going over there to find out they are closed today and all of next week due to staffing. I am paying money to a bill Im not even receiving services for! I am very disappointed in my experience 😞 EDIT TO ADD: client resources did reach out to try and make it right, even tho my original review still stands with not being able to get my services done. I do appreciate them reaching out to try and make things right. It did take some of the burden off of missed appointments but in the end I am missing valuable appointments to ever get true results.

If you enjoy paying upfront for services you’ll never actually get, constant cancellations, and endless calls begging you to “come in earlier,” this is the place for you! I bought an unlimited laser package in March and in 5 months I’ve only managed to get 2 treatments. Still waiting on the refund they promised me, too. My advice? Save yourself the frustration — this business is a joke.

Amazing! Professional! Caring! Considerate! From the front desk to the procedure, the staff are kind and welcoming, answering all questions and providing guidelines to follow after the treatment. No products on my face before my treatment and if I forget and add moisturizer, the lovely medical professionals allow me to clean my face or they would clean with alcohol!
