It took me many month’s to finally walk through the door’s of Vitality Health and wellness. I’m so glad I did. My first visit was to check my hormone’s. I sat in a little office expecting Mandy to walk in at any moment instead she open the door and brought me in her own personal office. Mandy explained my blood work to me and start asking question’s some very personal. I definitely had a hormone imbalance. Mandy suggested I detox my body for two week’s. I was hesitant because I was as already feeling so sick and I know a detox will only make you feel worse at time’s. However, I started the detox and hormone therapy. What could it truly hurt at this point I was already exhausted and sick. After a week of doing my detox and hormone replacement therapy. I started to see a huge change within myself. My fatigue was fading away. I wanted to get out of bed and start living my life. A month later I walked back into Mandy’s office a happy, healthy and excited woman again. The change in my overall health has been amazing. I feel like my old self again. I am glad I did the detox because it truly flushed all the toxins out of my body and let the hormone therapy start working in a clean body. I have to mention the staff those ladies are amazing! You never feel like a burden or just some patient that walked in the door. My advice if you are feeling any signs of a hormone imbalance take time to call the office and make an appointment. You will thank yourself later for it.

Mandy and her staff are amazing! They are caring and professional and always welcome you with a smile. I have been taking the weight loss shots and I have lost 25 pounds and I feel great! Mandy also does an awesome job with Botox and helps me hide my fine lines and wrinkles. I highly recommend Vitality Health and Wellness. They are great!!

Why can't I add more stars here? I feel better than I have in 15 years. I came in really just wanting to loose some weight. Not to go into all of my own personal medical history but I went in with an open mind (even though I thought I knew everything already) because I was tired of not being able to loose any weight. I was also tired of being tired and moody all the time. I was tired of not being able to sleep like a normal person! I should have known how to fix it but all of my tricks did not work. Well... Turns out I didn't know everything and Mandy had to fix me. Long story short- Mandy fixed me (and fixed me, and fixed me, and then did it again). Michelle makes me feel seen and heard every single time I call (and cared for). Casey is gentle with me no matter what! And Cassie made me feel beautiful on the first visit with her (so I kept making appointments with her). I highly recommend them! You'll come in as a patient and leave feeling like part of the family.
