I walked in feeling a little rusty.... tight, tense, and sore from head to toe. I'd been carrying stress for weeks and it showed. The place itself is spotless, organized, and super calming, so I started to feel excited just walking in. But the real magic? Sophia!!! She somehow found every single problem spot (I swear she has X-ray hands) and gave them the extra TLC they needed. By the time she was done, I felt amazing!! I actually hopped out of bed, no groaning, no stiff shuffle, it's like I was 20 again. If you're feeling broken down, go see Sophia, or any of the other ladies, I heard they're all great! Oh and this place is a one stop shop! Massages, facials, laser treatments, cupping and Botox! They did not disappoint!!

I am so glad to have found this place so close to home and flexible with my work schedule. I’m a physical therapist and had my share of massages and this is one of the best I’ve had. Even better because I finally used my insurance benefit for massage. It was a $20 co pay for a 60 min medical massage and she did a combo of massage techniques including thai, deep tissue, cervical traction with a hot towel, hot stone too! My therapist was Sophia and she was very intuitive and had a nice deep technique while giving breaks and checking in on pressure.

This was my first visit but definitely not my last. I found C&S through my insurance. Location is easy to find. Clean and new! No ick here! Sophia was my therapist. Wow! For a little girl she’s strong! My back, neck, & shoulders are always tight. She told me that she doesn’t usually walk on patients backs at their first visit. However, I was so tight and I’ve had Thai massage before so she went ahead and walked on my back. It was amazing! She also warned me I would not feel good after. Drink lots of water. Rest. She was right. I felt like I went 10 rounds. But today I feel great! Looser than I’ve been in ages! I’m telling everyone! 2 workmates and a friend already scheduled their first appointments!

I have booked 60-120 minute deep tissue massages with cupping, twice a month, with Tomomi for about 1.5 years. Since living in Hawaii for about 3 years I have gone through A LOT of massage therapists to find the right for me and I feel as though I’m an expert at this point because I’ve been getting deep tissue massages for 10 years, twice a month; massages are a mandatory for my self care. I can always rely on Tomomi to give a literal deep tissue massage, for her to be diligent in finding all of the points of tightness and taking the pain away after every appointment. I am military, so… I have severe muscle tightness from neck to toes and severe plantar fasciitis that has led to tearing my left plantar tendon. For the last 3 weeks I had this severe dull ache on the right side of the back of the neck to my right shoulder that no massage gun could reduce the pain, after a 120 minute massage all of my pain was once again gone with Tomomi’s expertise. When I have to PCS I will be devastated because I may not find as good of a massage therapist as Tomomi. She is always consistent, positive, bubbly and honest - qualities I now appreciate in a massage therapist. Do NOT hesitate to book with Tomomi, she has improved my quality of life significantly and I know she’ll do the same for others! Cheers.

The place is so clean, cute, and in a great location (not Waikiki haha). My shoulders get so tight from my work, and Christine worked a wonder on them! She used amazing firm pressure and great stretching techniques on me. She also showed me some stretches to do at home to help. She also walked on me, which was something new for me but I liked it! Lots of warm towels were used to take the excess location off. A hot yummy tea was given at the end. I will be coming back!
