Loved Dr Meyers. She's very thorough at explaining what she is looking for to keep your skin in great shape. She has wonderful suggestions with some product advice for continued care for safe outdoor glowing tan looks without the dangerous tan beds or leather skin looks of no sun protection. Who wants to look like a saddle bag with eyes??! Take it from an AZ gal...this is a easy check off for keeping young skin.

Went there today with my son for the first time. First person I interacted with was friendly. When called into the room a lady who never told me her name was rather rude. She told my 5 year old son show me your hand. She did not wear gloves which I find unprofessional and had a snappy attitude when speaking to my son. She leaves and Crystal comes in and she was polite although she never introduced herself or the girl that was with her. They treated my son and said they needed to see him back in a month. I then went to exit but stopped to reschedule the appointment and the same woman who took us in the room was now working that desk.She offered me an 8 o clock in the morning appointment. I explained it was to early we live an hour away. She then offered 945 I said to early. I explained my husband has cancer and my other children have appointments she did not care the third time offered was 9:30. Evidently she can't grasp the concept of later in the day. We may try here again before going elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the most unprofessional appointment I've ever experienced. I met with Jenny Forsberg after struggling with acne for nearly a year. As I was explaining the treatments I'd tried up to that point, she abruptly cut me off, singled out a cream I'd only started using a week prior, and said, "That is the cause of all of your issues." I tried to clarify that while the cream might not be helping, it certainly couldn’t have caused all of my problems, given how recently I'd started using it. She responded in an incredibly nasty tone, "You can believe me or not, but that is the cause of your acne." It’s clear that she doesn't prioritize listening to patients or making accurate diagnoses.

If I could give them 0 I would. I had such a bad experience that I didn’t even go to my next appointment. The person I seen I could tell was only there for a free paycheck and is just completely lazy. I went in for eczema and hair loss. Right off the bat she tried diagnosing me without even seeing the rash. Then gave me a cream that I told her wouldn’t work because I was in a hospital with sepsis before because doctors wanted to try to rely on those creams. All they do it make it worse, but she refused to listen to me and I stayed up crying for night because how bad the cream burned my hands. And then I tried talking to her about my hair and she said she couldn’t read any test dealing with hair. She went and pulled on my hair saying it’s not falling out it must be from age…. I’m literally 26 years old. 26 year old females with extremely thick hair aren’t supposed to start losing their hair at 26. How do you not know how to read test dealing with hair if you specialize in HAIR and skin. 0 star rating if it was possible to call my insurance company and to tell them not to pay them because I didn’t get what I payed for and they were just trying to get free money I would. Doctors need to be held accountable.

I had a horrible experience and will never go back. I waited over an hour to see Crystal. Then she walks in with 3 other people and doesn't explain who she is or who these random people are. I had to stop her and ask her. When you are going through a traumatic experience and have 4 strangers in the room, this is NOT okay. The experience was rushed on top of it. She was talking more to her entrage than me, the patient. Very disappointed.

Go anywhere but here. It was probably the worst experience I've ever had in a medical office. From making the appointment to meeting the staff and seeing the doctor. They obviously had not looked at my chart before I got there, after doing all the paperwork online before my appointment. And it just went downhill from there. There are lots of good dermatologists in the area this is not your only choice thank goodness.
