I have been happy with IFM since I switched over from UnityPoint. As someone who is passionate about functional health, UnityPoint was not cutting it and constantly gaslighting me during my postpartum period. Dianna welcomed me with open arms and finally let me draw labs like a FULL thyroid panel, my hormones and other essential labs like homocysteine, b12 and vitamin D. While this may seem simple, I truly can't express how thankful I am to have an integrative clinic like IFM now within my care. Kara (one of the co-founders) has also helped me in my care, and I very much appreciate her holistic perspective and expertise. Also during my time with IFM, I have enjoyed a network spinal session with Dr. Nellie Keys and Alyssa has been wonderful to talk to whenever I get my labs drawn (or IV therapy). Medicine is more than big pharma, and IFM makes patients feel seen and heard.

I can't say enough great things about this clinic. Every time I walk in, I feel truly heard and supported. The providers take the time to understand me—my concerns, my goals—and make sure my care feels personalized, not like it's coming from a one-size-fits-all textbook. It's so refreshing to feel like a partner in my healthcare, not just a patient. Big shoutout to Nurse Alyssa, who is always so compassionate and attentive, and Spencer at the front desk, who makes every visit warm and welcoming. Their kindness and professionalism set the tone from the moment you walk in. Grateful to have a care team that actually feels like a team! Thank you IFM.

Patients are made to sign a non-disclosure with respect to negative reviews which, so this is coming second hand. My wife attended because of concerns with chronic Lyme disease, her practitioner even stated in her profile that she herself had Lyme disease, so she was excited for the integrative approach in view of that. Her experience at the clinic was nothing short of disappointing. Her practitioner didn’t order tests or listen to symptoms, time was short and bordering on rude, my wife was given two treatment protocols both not personalized to her concerns or symptoms that came from preprinted materials (my understanding is that the integrative philosophy is to customize treatment to the concerns and needs of the patient). She was even ridiculed when my wife asked for additional testing for co-infections. The treatment plan was either IV infusions or a supplement strategy, the more expensive IV treatment was the only one recommended until my wife dug into the question, but the supplement protocol was held hostage because the practitioner “didn’t want her buying the supplements on her own” So the office visit involved no tests, very little interview, and no answers to questions. I understand that a business needs to make money, but not giving the supplement protocol is wrong. My wife went there to address her concerns and find a path forward, but concerns were ignored and information was withheld (unless she purchased at the clinic). She did not leave with a high degree of trust. Clinic professionalism and practices are not recommended. Despite their marketing being good, we had a very negative experience that does not reflect the philosophy of integrative medicine or basic caregiver bedside manner.

After years of going to doctor after doctor, explaining concerning symptoms, and then not having those concerns addressed, I was starting to feel like I was in a losing battle. Then I met Dianna O'Neill! From the moment she walked me back to her office, I felt like I could finally breathe. She was SO warm and welcoming from the beginning, carefully listening to me explain what I've been dealing with the last several years. She then took the time to walk me through how all of the symptoms I was experiencing are actually all interconnected and CAN be addressed! I left my first appointment with a renewed sense of hope - the first time I had ever experienced that, leaving a medical appointment. At my follow up appointment two weeks later, she walked me through my blood panel, and came up with a course of action that I felt completely comfortable with. I have been raving about her since! If you are searching for someone with excellent medical knowledge (especially in regards to the female body!) and helps you with a kind, compassionate, warm approach, Dianna is absolutely the person for you!

I love going to my healthcare providers at Integrative Family Medicine. It’s a nice relaxed office environment and the great staff make you feel comfortable and calm. The little extra time they give you for appointments makes it seem like I’m going to spend time with a friend. The patient portal and website are easy to navigate and when you send a message to your provider they DO answer you back in a timely manner. I see Sarah and she’s very knowledgeable on nutritional supplements and healthy alternatives to medications. (That’s my favorite part)! I’m so happy to be under their care.

I was interested in booking a new appointment with your location. However, when you go through your website, one page says that the dr is accepting new patients and then the next page, when you go to select the date, says that she is not accepting new appointments. Then when I call you, I can't get in touch with a human, but am told that I need to send an email. I know that it is 2025, but this right here, tells me that you will pawn me off to robots, to do your work. I will not be attempting any further to have an appointment with you. If you can't have a human interaction, then why would I think that your office will be any different? You might want to consider hiring people, instead of farming out the first impression of your clinic to google.

I had to wait to get my initial appointment but so worth it to get into a medial provider who sits and listens and works with your symptoms to establish a plan of care.

We had a situation with our 4 year old, that I was extremely concerned about, and we headed to Urgent Care, the wait was going to be 4+ hours, so we called our good friends at Integrative Family Medicine of Iowa. Not only did they immediately identify the possible issue with him, but they called over while we drove to the ER where we were assessed, and our son was admitted for several days to battle an infection. Thank you Integrative for being an amazing support to the community, and for helping us identify an urgent infection in our son!

I switched over to Integrative Family Medicine about a year ago and I have not regretted it! Everyone at Integrative Family Medicine is so nice and welcoming, from the front desk staff and nurses to the providers. When you meet with your provider they actually listen to your concerns and don't try to just bandaid the issue with medicine but do extensive blood work and tests to get to the root of the problem. It is such a breath of fresh air to feel like someone actually cares about the symptoms you are experiencing instead of just trying to hurry up and get you out of their office like you are just a number.

Top notch care and everyone is so welcoming! I've been receiving IV services at IFM since May and because of their outstanding care and attention to me as a patient, I recently moved my medical treatment to them as well. I've never met any medical practitioner that has been as thorough as Kara and Sarah. Each of them took the time to understand not only my concerns but my thoughts on treatment. Both treated me with care and compassion. Everyone in the office is so amazing. In addition to Sarah and Kara, I’ve been treated by Kala and Jackie who are awesome but also very funny! They make my IV treatments fun and they go by so quickly. I actually look forward to my visits whether it be for IV or for medical reasons!
