I absolutely loved every experience with Green Room Medical Spa. I have known the owners for years and each time I have gone in to get something done they are extremely professional and always go above and beyond my expectations! I have tried out many other spas in the area over the years and In my opinion, they are the most clean and professional spa in Idaho without a doubt.

I was so lucky to find this spa. Cassie McCullough is a wonderful esthetician. She gave me one of the most professional & thorough facials I have had in years. She listened to my skin concerns and suggested an IPL treatment for my skin due to some brown spots (too much tanning in my younger days). I cannot recommend her highly enough! My friend said my face looked "pore-less" after the service. After 2 weeks, my skin is still glowing! I'm have my next appointment already scheduled with Cassie. This one is for laser hair removal. I'm so excited, I can hardly wait for my appointment. The spa is beautiful, the staff is friendly and best of all, they pamper you. Being a mother of two and working a full time job, it was nice to come in, relax and be pampered by your staff. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I bought 6 treatments of Venus Freeze to improve my sagging neck and chin. The first treatment was good, but not the 30 minute treatment promised. Cassie didn't show up for my scheduled 2nd treatment and was late (between 15-25 minutes) for two other appointments. I only had one 30-minute treatment out of the six purchased. Cassie is a lovely woman and seemed very knowledgeable but I must tell you, this was the biggest waste of money - my "before" and "after" shots are identical - no change or improvement whatsoever. All in all, a huge disappointment!
