From scheduling my appointment to the actual visit, every employee I interacted with was less than great. Angie Coyne has no idea what she is doing. I spoke to a co-worker who went here and she had the exact same experience, all the way down to the horrible woman at checkout. This practice should work on actually listening to their patients and knowing basic facts about them before going into the room. The office manager called me after and said I must have been confused. Nope. Not confused, just had the worst experience of my life at your office and was treated like garbage. I honestly hope Dr. Keller reads his reviews and does some personnel training because it’s his name on that building.

I absolutely love all the providers in this office. I have seen Heather for many years and have seen Dr Keller on a couple of occasions and have never had any bad experiences at this office. I moved to the other end of the State but will continue to make the drive for my yearly check ups.

Terrible customer service policy in place here at Keller. First visit in seemed normal. Arrived 15 min early for appointment. Was seen 15 min after appointment time. I had to be in and out in less than 10 min for skin check. Doctor asks to see me back in 2 weeks. Check out says soonest appointment is a month. I don’t understand if doctor wants to see you back in 2 weeks but can’t accommodate I don’t get it. Oh well. Second visit I arrived at 9:11 for a 9:00 appointment. Heavy traffic in and out of Valley this morning. Receptionist says we need to reschedule for being past 10 min late per their policy. Terrible customer service policy imo. Everyone in the office knows the traffic on and out of the valley was extra heavy this morning. No grace, no consideration with circumstances. Just regurgitating policy. Take your business elsewhere they obviously don’t need it.

My wife was on time for a scheduled appointment today. After checking at the desk, she sat for an hour waiting to be called. Someone finally asked if she was waiting for someone having a procedure to which she explained she had her own appointment. No one seemed to know she was there and the provider was too busy to see her as scheduled due to their error. Very unprofessional and completely opposite one of their website’s claims that they are very organized and effucient. They did not demonstrate these virtues today and no real explanation was given as to why this happened.👎

Heather Knutson is THE BEST!!! Both my wife, me and all four of our kids have ALL gone to her and the team at Keller since we moved here almost 20 years ago. They are the right amount of efficient, practical and caring - taking the time to think about what we ask and explaining causes and treatments. We have experienced all the typical un-fun reasons you have to go to a dermatologist (acne, rashes, mole checks, etc) and they have always made what can easily be an uncomfortable situation easy. Cannot recommend enough - would give 6 stars if I could!

I was really excited as an Eagle resident went Kellar Skincare arrived. I have five family members, and we needed a good dermatologist. The location was awesome. However, their prices are extremely high. My biggest frustration was when I took my youngest recently due to a rash. The physicians assistant (who was great) spent under a minute with us and prescribed an over the counter regimen. We then received a bill for a "new patient" visit for $180. To add to the frustration, I have now called and left two messages to discuss with the office manager over the last month and never even received a call back from anyone. Back to Ada West for this family, it's worth the drive.
