Wonderful staff! All therapists who worked with me were wonderful, caring, understanding , personable and knowledgable, following a serious spinal injury and fusion surgery, I had aqua therapy and physical therapy, I have recovered fully and haven’t lost a dance step! THANK YOU, ALEX, BRIANA, JEFFREY, , CELESTE, DANNY, DIANNA, KELLY AND EVERYONE ELSE, YOU WERE AWESOME!

This is the country club of fitness centers. I love it! They provide everything you need, towels, shower gel, shaving cream, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, razors, steam room and sauna, whirlpool heated therapy pool, heated lap pool. All classes are included with the price. Every machine, weight, etc, you can think of, they have it! Facility is clean, staff is friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about this place. I do not live in the area but it is worth the drive. You will not be disappointed!

Great at first but it has gone down hill! When I first joined I was incredibly impressed but now I am disappointed. The place would be spotless from wall to wall and the staff was always so nice and welcoming. The place is now very dirty, the floors and carpet do not appear as though they are ever cleaned. Do not get me started on the pool, it never feels or looks clean. The staff… very unprofessional to say the least. There’s been countless times now where I’ve noticed one of the female trainers gossiping at the front desk with who appears to be one of the female managers of some sort about other staff AND members. I’ve heard them say some nasty things! If HR exists there they need to speak with these women right now!!

I wish they would reopen the cafe but other than that, the facility is always clean. Staff is always professional. I've been coming here for about 2-3 years and I don't see myself going anywhere else. 10/10

I like that it’s a private club, it’s clean, there are towels available when I need them and it’s local. However, I’ve never experienced such a group of untrained so-called instructors in my life. There’s a yoga class that is not at all Yoga. There’s a barbell class where the teacher stands in front and yells and doesn’t exercise at all. There’s an aqua class where the teacher has been teaching the same moves in playlist for several years now. And the only great classes are the ones with the best music and changes up every week. There’s a pattern here. Complaints have been made to the director and managers but they don’t seem to listen.

I dont like the fact that when 945pm comes they say that if you stay any later than 10 pm you will get charged for every minute you are in the building. I've had many health care memberships at other clubs and this is the only one that does that. Its weird and makes you nervous I dont remember anyone mentioning that when we signed up

🌹Love this place🏆. The Pt, warm pool, and professionalism of the staff is awesome. But, recently I went in on a Friday thinking my appointment was for 7 am to be told I had No appointment. When I got there the lights were out and I signed in. I just said, oh no I did it again; wrong day. Low and behold I got a notice through MyChart that I was a no show 🤔. When I asked them to make the correction the same receptionist pulled up a sheet of paper saying your signature is not here. 🤔Did she discard the sheet because she believed I signed in in error. 🤔🤔🤔

Lovely place with great and lovely people! The price is on the higher side, but you get your money’s worth! The facility and the trainers are A1! P.S. If you plan on leaving due to relocation or whatsoever reason, just make sure to call a month ahead or else you’re going to pay 50% for the next month!
