Absolute worst customer service of all time. Never written a review in my life, I’ve been on hold for about 40 minutes now and counting and still no pick up. I am waiting to get my lab work done which they said my service order would already be here but no it was not. Idk what kind of show they got going on over there but their customer service isn’t even at the Chicago location. Horrible seriously consider anywhere else

I've been coming to CIPS for almost 10 years and can't say enough about how professional and welcoming the staff are. Dr. Patel has done an exceptional job with my minor procedures and I appreciated how he follows up afterwards to review results. Karla is phenomenal and I really appreciate the professional relationship we have built over the years, and that she helps to pep up my look throughout the year. She really is one of the best!

If you are looking for the top plastic surgeon,look no further! Dr.Patel is the best! I got breast augmentation surgery in July 2021 and I absolutely love the results!! Dr. Patel is very professional,super nice, caring and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. He listened to me,gave me his honest opinion and answered ALL my questions.(I had a lot of them!) He delivered results that he promised. His staff is amazing! Jenny and Jackie were extremely sweet, knowledgeable and they were always there If I needed anything. I could not be happier and I am sending all my friends to see Dr. Patel!

I did my research before choosing Doctor Patel’s Chicago Institute of Plastic Surgery. The staff is friendly, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. The offices are very cozy and modern, and make me feel right at home. I’ve been seeing Karla for a few years for Dysport. She’s extremely kind, caring, and strategic with her work. Not only are the results perfect, but Karla never oversells or makes me feel I need more than my goals. I highly recommend anyone to see the lovely staff here.

I don’t know where to start, I meet Amy and doctor Patel a year ago, I have diabetes which cause heart disease. I didn’t know where to turn or who to consider for my tummy tuck. I had 4 children started at 18. I’m 44 years old and back in the 90’s c/section was pretty much a butcher job and I had 4. I literally had a butt in the front and back. Started with Amy the most amazing beautiful soul inside and out. She knew I was nervous because of my health issues and she made me feel calm welcome and relax. After I had my consultation with Dr Patel. I’ll tell you all he knows his stuff period !! I walked out feeling they they were family. One year later I scheduled surgery for June 2.2023, I was extremely nervous due to the fact my family was nervous because the celebrity Jacky Oh lost her life due to a mommy make over. Even though Dr Patel had me get medical clearance before my procedure. I had stress test , ekg and eco cardiograph due to my heart disease. It was all clear and good to go but I was still nervous. When I tell you Amy ,Lisa and my wonderful doctor, Dr Patel made me feel the most comfortable, I mean ,I knew in my heart he was gonna make sure I live to enjoy the beautiful results I knew it was all gonna be ok. I will like to thank Dr Patel for an wonderful experience. Amy for always being right by my side. The entire staff is incredible people. Thank you all!!! Please I beg you all consider Mr Patel. He is a bit pricey I’ll admit but he is worth every dime plus more. Our lives is more important than anything. Knowing your safe and have good results it’s what it’s all about. I’m proof to tell you all I look in amazing! ❤️

Rochelle was amazing, very accommodating and knowledgeable. She was able to fit me in although I extremely late because I could not find the office. She injected in places I never knew were possible and the results are so great and natural. She's true professional and follows up with a call to her patients two weeks after the appointment. I can't wait to go back and see her!

I chose Dr. Patel as my rhinoplasty surgeon after multiple consultations with other well known doctors. It was clear that he would be the chosen doctor- he maintained bedside manner, was very kind and knowledgeable, and his staff were extremely caring. Most importantly, he took into account what I wanted out of the surgery (I’ve heard horror stories about plastic surgeons who completely disregard the patients’ desires and thankfully this was not the case). I am more than pleased with the end results and would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone seeking a rhinoplasty!! My nose fits my face and he is great at what he does.

I had a previous facelift and breast surgery done by another famous plastic surgeon in Gold Coast. I had ok results but somethings still bothered me about my appearance. A friend of mine had her surgery done with Dr. Patel and recommend him for some revision work. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Patel right away during my consultation. I chose to have facelift revised and breast work redone with different implants. I am over a year out from my surgery and very happy with my results. My spouse is now considering Dr. Patel's office for his hair transplant. I Highly Recommend Dr. Dhaval Patel & staff at Chicago Institute of Plastic Surgery.

Best money I spent getting a rhino/septoplasty with Dr. Patel. I had never had surgery before and him and his entire team were so kind and patient with my anxieties. The surgery went so smooth and I couldn’t be happier with my result. My nose is cuter than I ever thought it could be!

My name is Julie Sulo, I wanted to share my experience with the place and doctor Dhaval Patel. I started going there in January 2020. After few min consulting with him and few phone calls I was able to get a appointment with him on February 14 2020. The procedures that I asked and he performed was lower eyelids, upper eyelids and the brow lift surgery. He did explain in few min the procedure and preformed the surgery, 2 hours more or less. The recovery was long but was expected. By the time I went for follow up and and slowly I was recovering, my eyes looked very different shape, the lower part looked fine, but the upper eyelids and the brow lift looked not good at all. He was nice handling it and he suggested that after full recovery from the first surgery he will fix the lift of the eyebrows. So I did go again for the second one. Everything went fine during, looked good for a few weeks and the brow went to back to the previous position. 🥺 So I did recover from the side scar and after few months I did go for a follow up. I did express the doctor my concerns that I was not happy about the results. He was not happy to hear that ,but we agreed for another upper eyelids surgery on February 9 2021. His Greeting this time was " what do you need that I can do for you" and " This is last time that I am going to do the surgery " So the 3rd surgery was done , waiting again for recovery, went for follow up, the same problem again, the side of my eyes were hanging. He suggested to wait ,I did so . The next follow up the doctor enter the room with his nurse, even without examining the eyes, he said looks good when you look up and continued saying that nothing he can do anymore for me.. Go anymore you want and fix your eyes. I did ask , why at least my eyebrow lift didn't work twice? Dr DHAVAL PATEL ANSWERS WAS " I DON'T KNOW " So this was my experience with the famous Dr PATEL. Just wanted to share my experience, I hope will help someone that just follow only the reviews. Sincerely Julie
