I am delighted with the service and procedures Jean has provided. She is a medical expert with a keen, aesthetic eye. I very much appreciate her honesty and professionalism. Jean turned negative PDO thread placement into a positive situation which will keep me traveling from Batavia, IL to see her. This place is absolutely incredible. The environment is extremely welcoming such a cute place. I’m currently in the process of laser genesis treatments with Bridget (highly recommend) she’s amazing and definitely knows what she’s doing! she was extremely helpful in further assisting me with my hormonal acne and PIH(post inflammatory hyperpigmentation) she really takes the time to educate her clients. She thoroughly explains what’s going to happen during and after the treatment so you know what to expect. Even after one treatment I noticed a difference and I really enjoyed my treatment. Can’t wait to come back!

Is 10 stars possible? Jean is brilliant, she is a true professional with so much experience! A true talent in her craft. I have been going to her for years and I'm always 100% over satisfied. Completely ethical, honest and just a wonderful person. I would trust her with my life. Highly recommended! She has so many new procedures that you see on the news, and is so up to date with the newest high quality machines for what ever treatment you desire. I have been going to Medical Aesthetics for about 14 years now. Initially I was getting Isolaze treatments from my dermatologist and each treatment cost me roughly $325.00-back then! The treatments helped me with my adult acne but I could not afford those prices, so I looked elsewhere. I found other places to do it for half the price, $160.00 per treatment but they wanted 6 treatments paid for upfront. Jean was the only one who would do it for the $160.00 and I paid as I went. She was fair, and her treatments were much longer than what I received at the derm. Since then, I have had many other treatments performed, such as Laser Genesis, microdermabrasion, IPL, hydro facial (love), and micro needling. I used to receive all my treatments by Jean but now have had many done by Bridgette as well. Jean and Bridgette are both very professional, knowledgeable and more importantly truly care about your results and treat you like a friend. They recommend services that they know will only benefit you not just to up sell. You can be sure that either on a call or visit you will be greeted by Jaimie who is like a relative and treats you as such when you walk thru the door. I don't think I have ever written a review for them in all the years I have been going there-shame on me. I highly recommend Medical Aesthetics as you will receive excellent care that is honest and provided in good faith.
