What is it with this location and not being able to keep providers on staff? I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled now because your nurses were out. Also not sure why you need two different people at the front desk, just to turn patients away from their appointments. They don’t answer the phones OR emails. Whenever you call this location, it just goes to a general Milan number, which is really frustrating. I’ve also had front desk associates reach out to me over email to reschedule appointments, and then me reaching out and following up three separate times with absolutely no reply from them.

"Get 60% off any new body area! What areas can I quote for you?" Imagine paying $5,000 for gender affirming care. Then, your provider cancels 3 appointments in a row. All the while, they spam you with weird, aggressive offers which demonstrate just how wildly you overpaid. Milan's tech is allegedly best in the business. I don't have a better recommendation, but I can tell you for a fact that they will insult you nonstop while you pay for the privilege, and I am deeply suspicious of their high ratings.

The best laser hair removal in Chicago — the staff and providers are all super friendly and take the time to explain the process and the work they're actively doing both before and during sessions. They use the best equipment and do everything to make it as smooth and relaxed as possible. They are also very open, empathetic, and kind to people of all different bodies and genders — men, women, trans and non-binary folks, they've seen and done it all, and treat everybody with respect and kindness.

Despite the limited time left for my appointment, I was impressed that my whole body was completed with fantastic results over the past few weeks since my visit. Danielle was terrific—very professional, efficient, and attentive. She listened quickly when I expressed any discomfort. The ladies at the front desk were approachable and friendly, making me feel welcome. The area was nice, relaxing, clean, and accommodating. Overall, the team and the experience left a positive impression on me, and I look forward to my next appointment with them!
