I purchased the Platelet Rich Plasma microneedling facial. I’ve had this done at other med spas in Stlouis with great results and thought I would try this place since they offered a $185 Groupon special. After waiting 6 weeks for available appointment, I ended up with an incomplete, inadequate session that yielded no results at all. The purpose of this treatment is to needle the plasma into the skin to get an inflammatory (healing ) response to increase collagen. Nurse quickly passed over my skin one time with the needling pen, not treating my nose at all. I had no redness as typical and my face didn’t even look like it had been treated. She did not use all the plasma. When I mentioned these issues she just said “you’re done”. Normally this is a treatment that requires a recovery time with results after a week or two. I literally had no relevant treatment with zero results. I called to discuss my concerns and was told sorry that was unfortunate. $185 for absolutely nothing. I would have been a return customer if they would have provided a good service but I would not recommend for any of their skincare services. Very sorry I ever went there.

My husband bought me a deal for my birthday for a few laser lipo treatments, vibrations and B12 injections. The very first day there they did a consultation with me and I explained to them that I was absolutely not interested in any diet. I explained my lifestyle in great detail. I told them I worked out etc. and really just wanted the treatments and NO diet plan. My second time there I was told that I couldn't eat bananas because they weren't on my "food list" I asked the lady what food list she was referring to. She then preceded to yell across the room to another lady about where my food list was. This other lady had no clue who i was. She then hands this food list to me. I ended up having to explain all over again that I was not interested in a diet. They seemed rushed and not at all interested in spending much time dealing with me. I was then asked why i was there. I explained AGAIN that my husband had purchased this gift for me. I had a few sessions and then one day i showed up for an appointment and they said they didn't have me scheduled. Luckily, that day, there were able to go ahead and fit me in. When I scheduled my last appointment, I ended up having to cancel and reschedule a couple of times. I talked to the same person 3 times and then we set up an appointment, which I immediately calendared in my phone. When I showed up for my appointment the girl did not have me scheduled. I told her that I was positive I had an appointment and that I had spoken with her 3 different times. I told her it was possible that I had the wrong day but that I was positive I made an appointment. She had no recollection of speaking with me and had no appointment whatsoever scheduled for me and told me they were booked. She tried to reschedule me but I walked out. A couple of nice people work there so I gave it one star but, for the most part, the staff seems to not communicate with one another. Never going back and I'm sure they could care less.

Bought my daughter a laser hair removal package over a year ago, she was only able to use 2 of the 6 treatments due to staffing issues. We have patiently waited for communication. I have left multiple messages and never would receive a call back. Finally got a hold of someone today and was told I could pick up a refund check tomorrow only to be called back later saying the owner would not refund the package since she received 2 treatments. Ummm, with laser hair removal to work it must be consistent and they were the ones that could not honor our package. Magically now though they have someone that can do it yet we never received a call or anything saying they were staffed again. The reasoning for not providing a refund is the fact we used one of their coupons to purchase the package (not Groupon but their coupon) and they said with what we paid for the “package” would equal what we would have paid for one of her treatments. The fact is we paid for 6 treatments that they could not honor! Then I was told in the contract they said if we cancelled, it would cost us $200. Okay but it was NOT on us that they could not provide the treatments! We have since moved and my daughter is now in college. The owner wouldn’t even talk to me! This is so unbelievably unprofessional and NOT how you run a company! So now my daughters only option is to go into a place that was rude to me about the situation and trust them to do her procedure while driving out of the way to get there and trying to find time between her college classes and dance performances! Don’t waste your money in this company because if something happens and they can not honor your package, it will be twisted and they will find a way out of reimbursing you!
